Chapter 6: Spending time together

  Over the previous months Muzan, Gyokko, Gyutaro, Hantengu, and his clones have joined the truce. They all love spending time with Tanjiro and Tanjiro hasn’t noticed how they are doing anything and everything they can to be close to him. But he has noticed the constant yet subtle flirting, but he thinks they are just being nice. Daki is ready to scream and pull her hair out.

Daki's POV in her room

  Tanjiro and I are currently in my room, just hanging out and chatting. "Hey Tanjiro." I said, getting his full attention.

  "Yes?" He responded. "The boys have been giving you a lot of attention lately. What do you think about that?" I asked.

  He stared at the wall for a few seconds. "I've noticed it. They've been complimenting me more, calling me cute, strong, and overall being even nicer to me than befoddre, which I didn't think was possible." He answered, his lips curling into a small smile, and cheeks becoming a bit red.

  I smirked. "You're blushing ~" I said, in a teasing voice.

  His eyes went wide and hands went to his cheeks. "No I'm not!" He exclaimed, then stopped. "Am I?" He asked. I nodded.

  He brought his knees to his chest and covered his growing red face with his hands.

  I bursted out in laughter, and fell to the ground, holding my stomach because of how harm I'm laughing.

  "It's not funny!" He exclaimed, face even redder.

  I slowly calmed down and sat back up.

  "So, how do you feel about that?" I asked

  "About what?" He asked, eyes peaking threw his hands. I stared at him blankly.

  Is he serious? "The guys flirting with you." I said blankly. He put his hands down and stared at me, obviously confused.

  "They're not flirting with me." He said. "They are just being nice and sweet."

  Is he in denial or just oblivious.

  "Ok... Are you attracted to boys or girls?" I asked. "Boys." He answered. "Though, I've never had a boyfriend before."

  Ok, we're making progress.

  "Do you find any of the guys attractive?" I asked.

Tanjiro's POV

  "Do you find any of the guys attractive?" She asked.

  All of them, I wanted to say. All of the guys are very attractive -excluding Gyokko, but he makes up for it with other qualities-, and very strong, and treat me very well.

  But non of them would ever like me. I'm a just a human they rescued and who's strength doesn't even begin to prepare to theirs.

  "What does this have to do with them being nice to me?" I asked.

  "Just answer the question." She replied.

  I sighed. "Do you promise not to tell any of them or make fun of me?" I asked. "My lips are sealed, and you're my best friend." She answered.

  "I find all of them attractive." I answered, averting my eyes.

  "Even Gyokko and Gyutaro?" She asked. "I don't really care about looks. What I care about is personality and how they treat me. Plus, Gyutaro is actually really hot and good looking." I replied.

  She jumped up, started running around, jumping, and acting really excited.

  "THIS IS AMAZING!" She screamed. I stared at her in utter confusion.

  "What do you mean this is amazing?" I asked, more confused than anything. "I just told you I find the guys attractive.  One of them being your brother."

  "I get to play match maker!" She squealed. "This is the most excited I've seen you." I said, laughing.

  "It's not everyday I get to play matchmaker or that anyone has a crush on someone." She said, looking me in the eye.

  I laughed. "That's true."

  "Now, time to start planning." She said , cracking her knuckles.

An hour later in uppermoons 4's room
Aizetsu's pov

  Sekido , Karaku, Urogi, and I finally get to spend time with Tanjiro.

  The door opened and closed. We all turned towards it to see Tanjiro standing there, with his bright and pure smile.

  I ran over to him and gave him a big and tight hug.

  "*Laugh* Hello there Aizetsu. I can tell you missed me." Tanjiro said, smiling at me. "Mmmm of course I did! We haven't been able to cuddle and Karaku has been really really mean about me missing you!" I exclaimed, squeezing him tighter.

  "TATLE TAIL!" Karaku yelled.

  "Now now Karaku. Do you not like it when we all cuddle?" Tanjiro asked, a hint of a frown.

  Karaku looked panicked. "No no no no no... I didn't mean that." He said, panicking. "We all love your cuddles." Urogi said, with a big smile.

  Tanjiro smiled back at him. I nuzzled into the crook of his neck. I felt one of his arms wrap around my waist and a kiss on my forehead.

   I felt my face heat up and I felt like I was in heaven. (That was uncomfortable to write 🥲)

  "No fair." Karaku whined. Urogi and Sekido looked jealous.

  Tanjiro laughed cutely. "Do you guys all want kisses and cuddles?" Tanjiro asked. "Yes!" We all exclaimed.

  Tanjiro opened his arms. All five of us got comfortable on one of the beds. Tanjiro laid in Sekido's lap, holding one of his hands, Urogi and Karaku got on either side of Tanjiro and held onto his arms with their heads on his chest, and I curled up on his lap, holding his other hand.

   "I like this." I said. "Mhmm." The other three hummed in agreement. "That's nice of you four. You're just sweet little things." Tanjiro replied.

   "We were promised kisses." Urogi said. Tanjiro replied by kissing Urogi's cheek, then Karaku's cheek, and finally Sekido's cheek.

  "Happy." Urogi said, cuddling more into Tanjiro's side. "That's good." Tanjiro replied.

Tanjiro's POV

  Turns out Daki was right. Atleast these four like him back. Next to see if the other guys do as well.
