Who's Isla?

{GON POV}

-Wednesday 3:00-

I just finished school! Finally I can go and hang out with Killua!
I wait by the school gates for him as usual, so we can walk back to the dorms together. Isn't it crazy? That just two weeks ago I've met my childhood friend, and now we go to the same school. I still can't believe it's true, but whenever I'm around Killua, I can't help but get this funny feeling inside, maybe he'll know what it is? But the feeling isn't bad, it's good, my heart beats a million times faster, and I get all nervous and shaky, sounds weird but it's true, and when I look at him, I can't help but blush, he's just so gorgeous.

I was on my phone when I heard chatter and laughter coming from the gates. It was Killua! But....he was with someone....a girl? She did look lovely, she had dark brown long hair and purple eyes, and was wearing a white jumper with a black skirt. She was skipping around Killua, giggling about something, "mmh k, see you tomorrow!" She said and gave Killua a peck on the lips and headed off.

I just stood there in shock, I felt heartbroken, shattered, but I don't know why, I also had this angry feeling rising.
Killua waved goodbye to the girl and walked up to me, "hey sorry I'm late isla needed me for something" Killua said "Isla? Who's Isla?" I said "she's my girlfriend...." Killua said.

On the walk home it was quite silent, I was still feeling that negative feeling whenever I thought about Isla and Killua together, but he's my best friend, shouldn't I be happy for him?

We got inside and I went straight to my room. "Gon!" I hear Killua say, I turn around and I see him with arms out, gesturing to come over for a hug, "cuddles?" He says with a cute tone of voice like he was desperate, I frown at him "maybe Isla would like some of your cuddles" I say and walked into my room and flopped on my bed, I heard Killua laugh.

He came into my room and sat next to me, he lay down on his side "are you jealous ~?" He teased, I looked up at him and blushed "n-no why would I be? She's your girlfriend" I said "not of her.......of me" he said, wow he's being really bold here. I face him "maybe I am, but what's it to you?" I mumble. He comes up closer to my face and gives me a kiss on the cheek, I gasp, "but your-" I stutter, suddenly Killua started laughing "dude she's not my girlfriend I lied, she's just a close friend of mine and I think she may have a crush on me but I'm into guys" Killua said.

I blinked a few times, "so she-isn't your girlfriend?" I said, Killua smirked at me "no she isn't. Are you happy to hear that?" He grinned like a Cheshire Cat, I kind of nodded slowly, why was I glad though? I don't understand. "You're so cute when you're jealous" he teased and booped me on the nose "stop that it's not funny!" I yelled and slapped his hand away. "Every time I'm near you! I feel weird..." I yell, I put my hand on my head "weird? How?" Killua asked "i don't know really. My heart beats faster like bee wings, and I feel all hot and fuzzy and sweaty and my face always feels hot. Killua what's wrong with me?" I looked at him.

He looked a bit stunned, he then closed his eyes and coughed, leaving a blush on his face "Gon-" "are you gonna leave me? Because I think of you as something.....more?" I cut him off "what? No of course not im not gonna leave you" Killua says, waving his hands around. He suddenly gets very close to my face, then his phone rings and made us both jump.

He blushes then takes his phone out his pocket and picks it up "hello?" He says "Killua! What's the code again?" A girl says on the other line, "058" Killua said "oh thank you! You're a live safer!" The girl said and hung up.

Killua looked at me, his face went red, "ummm look sorry Gon just forget what I said im sorry i teased you" Killua said in embarrassment "ohh-ok that's fine" I said and Killua walked out my room.

Killua.....why do you make me want to kiss you? Why do I feel these funny things around you?

Am I......in love with you?......
