(Snow falls slowly onto the streets of Gotham on a beautiful night)
(A couple months after the flooding if Gotham and The Penguin, Bruce Wayne has just woken up from patrolling the streets of Gotham. He signs off on a couple of papers, but he's halfway in the costume, but look up in the sky and the Batsignal is in the air)
(It's been two months since the flooding of Gotham City and instead of violently torturing goons, Batman is helping people and fighting them)
(In the next act of altruism, he's helping Mayor Real to build Arkham Asylum to focus more on healing and helping people. We are then introduced to the villain of our story and the lead psychiatrist of Arkham Asylum, Dr. Hugo Strange)
NOTE: We are meant to introduce the Bruce Wayne side of things and the Batman side of things
(We get a fight between Batman and Killer Croc)
BATMAN V. KILLER CROC
(At the end of the fight, he begs Batman not to go to Arkham but he goes anyway. This is before he becomes Killer Croc and says something about the doctor there)
