The next day you wake up to your phone alarms going off, interrupting your peaceful sleep. You groaned and accepted that you need to wake up, it was your first day at your new school after-all.
You checked your phone,

You ignored the messages and decided youll check later, quickly you hopped out of bed and got changed into your new uniform.
When you were fully dressed you head downstairs to see what your mum had made for breakfast but to your suprise she was asleep. You couldnt blame her, she was up all day yesterday. So instead you quickly made some toast and ate it on your way to school.
When you finally arrived you saw people everywhere, you had no idea where to go or where your friends were. So instead you sat down alone on a bench and waited for the bell to go. To waste time you went on your phone and played your favorite playlist.
Upon doing this you also went to check your time-table to see what lessons you had.

You sighed when you saw that you had maths first, not what you were hoping your first lesson ever would be. You soon got over it and decided to see what those 5 unread messages from this morning were,

'No way!' you thought to yourself. Your friends were in your tutor! You smiled at your screen and replied "YAYY! 😚 I wont be alone!"

You were suprised that this boy messaged you considering how dry he was being yesterday. But before you could reply you get jumpscared by someone behind you.
"BOO!!"
You jumped then immediately turned around to see kokomi smiling above you with shinobu behind her,
"Oh! hey you two" you replied, happy that you finally found people to hang out with.
"come on, lets go inside!" shinobu requested.
you got up off of your seat and started walking to the gates with both of them by your sides.
You heard your phone go off and decided to turn it on silent and finally reply to that weird boy.

you tried being nice, hoping he would open up to you or something.
"Wait he messaged you?!" Kokomi shouted with a suprised look on her face.
"Yeah? whats wrong.." You answered confused on why it was such a big deal.
"Its nothing, just with him he usually never texts first or even messages anyone anyways..."
"oh- im sure he justs needs a favor or something like that.. i dont know"

You were about to speak but was rudely interrupted by the bell, it was loud and annoying and honestly kind of sounded like a mini fire alarm.
"Lets go now i guess.. Bye shinobu! we'll hang out later yeah?" Kokomi said waving goodbye to her.
"Bye kukii!" You shouted as you both parted ways.
A few minutes later you finally arriave at the classroom your tutor is in, and as soon as you entered you felt all eyes on you. You werent suprised though considering you were new there and nobody knew you well.
"Ah! Y/N Welcome! Here you can sit right... there next to scaramouche!"
"Oh uh- thank you!.." You said quietly.
You looked over at kokomi "Whos scaramouche..?" you mumbled.
"Oh hes over there-" she pointed with her eyes and you both sat down in your seats.
"Hi! Im-"
"Y/N I know."
He talked over you rudely and didnt even bother looking over at you.
"Sorry- that was pretty obvious huh.." You said embarassed that you werent making a good first impression.
"Yeah whatever, just dont be annoying and we'll be okay." The boy blankly stated.
"Your rude.."
"hm?"
"nothing.."
Things were awkward between you two but you tried to ignore it the best you could. You were also wondering if this was him..
