it was a hot, humid, miserable day at Caesar Salad Highschool. Katie and Denise were making their way to their first period, talking about male bumbums. Coincidentally, they ended up with all seven periods together!
Denise had long, luscious, coily hair which was maroon red, that all the men were drawn to, and a caramel complexion. She also had these captivating brown orbs that were like pools of honey.
Katie naturally had Edward Skullen type of complexion, though because it was early September, they were more on the Jacoby side. They had piercing hazel eyes and coppery bleached hair that was neck length and slightly shaggy. (katie was musty)
They had secrets neither of them knew about despite their close, six year bond..
They walked to ELA together, which was in upstairs A wing. On their way, Denise practically peed her pants! She saw the man of her dreams.. or at least one of them.. Seth Dirtywater. This didn't go unnoticed to Katie, a smirk appeared on her face.
"Oooooo, who's that hunk Dennie?" Katie said while adjusting her beast mode shirt.
"Erm-," Denise mumbles with a deep blush, "i-it's nobody!"
Katie raises an eyebrow at Denise, but nonetheless drops it. All of a sudden, out of the blue, Dillon bashes in through the men's restroom! Dillon was Katie's younger brother (who prob had autism) screaming nonsense. They ignore it.
Denise and Katie make their way to ELA, and sit next to each other in the back. The way class was arranged was each row was a group of three. Denise was in the middle of that group, Katie on the right, and an empty seat on the left. They were just talking about new kids in their school when Denise's hunk from earlier comes casually walking into the class.
Katie was talking to her pookie wookie dookie, Michael Rawland, whom sat in the row to our right. Katie pretended not to notice Seth walking in. Seth glanced around the room, then locked eyes with Denise's caca orbs, and sat right next to her.
OH MY GOD IM GONNA START SWEATING.. they cant know my secret.. Denise thought to herself as Seth's big gyat rumbles in the seat as he sits down. thats one big gyat! Denise thinks.
"Alright alright, everyone pipe down," Mr. Ross Lunch says as he enters the class. Michael doesn't take the hint and keeps talking to Katie, who now looks nervous.
Mr. Lench is not a fan of his behavior, and speaks up to embarrass him. "Michelle. Come see me after school," he says with a stern, steamy tone. Michael shakes in his boots in a good way.
"OoOooOo," Owen Patootie teases. Mr. Launch shoots him a stern glance. Owen yelps.
As the class goes on, Seth and Katie occasionally suspiciously glance at each other. Denise is too dense to notice. Finally, Denise grows a pair and talks to Seth. "Heyyyy~ What's your name?" Denise says to the hunk.
"Uhhhh, Dirtywater. Seth Dirtywater," he responds, his voice slightly deep, but also high pitched. He'd be good at whimpering, Denise thought. Katie was still avoiding looking at Seth. "You have really strong perfume," Seth mumbles, a small smirk playing onto his lips.
"Is that a good thing or a bad thing?" Denise asks, slightly chuckling.
Seth scoffs. "It's good, very good."
Katie shoots Seth a glance, as if Katie was territorial over Denise. Seth just scoffs. Denise doesn't even notice. Katie is scowling at him now.
"So Dennie! Wanna work together on this new project Mr. Lips was talking about?" Katie asks, interjecting Seth and Denise's conversation.
Denise opens her mouth to talk, but before she could speak, Seth beats her to it. "Actually, Katelyn, Denise is working with me."
wait.. how did he know her name.. and let alone her government name?? wait- what's even her last name?! Denise thinks to herself.
Michael then butts in, "Katie, you can work with me!" he says, trying to place a hand on her arm but she defensively pulls away, not wanting him to touch her.
"See! There you go Katie!" Denise says happily, turning to face Seth with a bright smile. Katie grimaces before turning away to face Michael.
"So do you wanna come over after school today to work on the project with me?" Seth asks with a purring tone. Katie shoots him a 'what are you doing' glance.
"Yes of course" Denise says in an excited tone, not noticing that look Katie gave him.
The bell rings signaling the end of class and Katie waits for Denise to get up, refusing to leave her alone with Seth.
"Can I have your number so I can send you the address to my house?" Seth says shyly with a slight smile.
Denise happily gives him her number before walking out of the class with Katie right by her side. On the way to second period Denise is gushing about Seth, and she is so infatuated, that she doesn't notice Katie shrugging her off the whole time. When they make their way into second period, which is science, they glance at the board to see that they have assigned seats.
With an annoyed grumble, Katie makes her way to her assigned lab desk. Denise makes her way to the opposite sure of the class and sat down at her lab desk which was shared with a kid named 'White Boy Carl.'
Denise glanced over to see Katie, and noticed an oddly pale junior sitting next to her. Katie looked pissed off to be sitting next to him. Turns out his name was Edward Skullen. The bell rings and the teacher walks in, Mr. Whiteceiling.
"Why do you have corn rows? You look stupid, no offense," Denise says to White Boy Carl, giving the bombastic side eye. Meanwhile, Edward is trying to get Katie to work with him but she is just shrugging him off and being overall aggressive. Carl and Denise ended up being frenemies, keeping up the playful banter all class, and Katie and Edward are just pure enemies, at least in Katie's eyes.
The rest of the day goes on, Seth ended up being in quite a few of Katie and Denise's classes. During seventh period, which was gym, Katie met someone.
His name was Leon Kennedy. He was gorgeous, and so muscular. Denise, of course, didn't notice Katie's new fixation. She was fixated on Dylan O Rien. Of course, thanks to Denise's bubbly nature, her and Dylan became gym friends. On the other hand, Katie's closed off nature kind of scared Leon. Though he still approached her.
Katie was glancing at his sweaty muscles, wanting to drool a little. Kind of like a dog. Anyway! Katie and Leon finally got talking, but it was somewhat awkward. Then, all of a sudden, Denise screamed.
She got Dylan's sweat on her.
"I HAVE TO USE THE RESTROOM!" she screamed as she ran as fast as she could to the bathroom. Katie thought she smelled something a little extra fishy..
After school ended, Katie and Denise went to their homes. Denise got dressed for Seth's house and he sent a message to her of his address. She happily made her way to his home.
Denise knocked on the door, her body trembling with anticipation.
