THE STILLNESS OF NIGHT TAKES the twins in a deep slumber, their lean figures are slumped over on the couch their foreheads touching as they slept. It was midnight when they had returned home, the vivid sight of the crackling flames from the fire pit flashed in Percy's mind, something was changing, it felt raw and aggressive and it was pulsing lively within as if it had a mind of it's own.

Jolting awake, Percy sat upright on a bed sweat clings to his brow. His eyes dart around the unfamiliar room, he felt out of place somehow — it was quiet, too quiet as if he was the only occupant inside the house.

Then he blinked...

Wasn't he just on the couch?

The last thing he remembered, was him and Preston in the living room watching scream three with Jeremy. It was their first night actually staying in the house, but how the hell did he end up here?

Taking a glance around the room, it seemed like this was his room — but there was no paintings on the walls his baseball jersey wasn't hanging above his headboard the walls were plain, no scattered clothes, no books or his collection of paintings that usually sat in the corner of his room. It was like no life had been poured inside his room and it was just the way it was before he even decorated it.

Instead the room was replaced by two toddler like beds in the far corner, a crib on the other side with a folded stroller leaned against the wall — bottles. Diapers. The faint scent of baby powder.

He had came to one conclusion. "Did Elena and Matt have a baby? While we were away?"

But that was impossible as he just saw Elena last night.

And well Matt couldn't even afford insurance let alone an entire life to take care of...

He stand up slowly, barefoot moving through the room
with caution. His heart pounds harder the more he sees — photo frames with people he doesn't recognize. Until —
