First Day Back

Serena's eyes flutter open as she stares at her phone which just woke her up. Stupid alarm. She didn't want to be awoken from her peaceful slumber but here we are. She sat up and put her alarm off. Why did she choose Whistle as her alarm. Probably cause it was the only horrid sound that got her up.

But today was the first day of school. She was now a Junior. She couldn't believe it. Man,time really flies. She was excited to see her friends and stuff but she just didn't want to see him.

After getting dressed and stuff she decided to head downstairs. Her mother was busy making breakfast taco's. One of her favorites. She looked around but Aph was nowhere to be found.

"Morning mom" she said as she sat at the table.

"Oh Selena! You scared me. Morning uh why are you awake so early?"

"It's not early mom,it's like 5:24"

"Oh,well I'm just not used to this I guess. Aph usually sleeps very late. So this is surprising I guess. Oh I made you breakfast taco's and lunch"

"Thanks mom! Well should I wait for Aph or?"

"No need. You can go. I don't want you to be late because of her"

"Okay then. Bye mom. Love ya" Selena says as she grab her purple backpack and taco.

Selena arrives at the schools entrance. She looks around for someone. Suddenly a certain blue head catches her eye. She runs in her direction and tackles her to the ground.

"Blueberry!"

"Ahh! Blackberry! I missed you" Katelyn says as her bestfriend lies on top of her. They both get up and Selena hugs the slightly taller girl.

"Still didn't grow" Katelyn says with a chuckle.

The audacity. They didn't even have that much of a height difference. Selena was 5'4 while Katelyn was 5'6.

"Shut up Katie. It's not even that big of a difference"

Katelyn chuckles slightly. Selena looks around and sees Laurence in the distance. "I'll be right back"

She walks towards his direction when suddenly she is bumped into causing her to almost trip and fall on her face. She braces herself for landing when suddenly she is caught. She opens her eyes to see a pair of coal eyes staring back into her turquoise blue ones. He has a blank expression on his face. His arms are wrapped around her waist. He had tan skin and a few scars. He looked like he was in the military or something. She suddenly realized that he was still holding her. She turns red and moves away.

"You should watch where your going, princess" he said glaring at her.

She furrows her brows "Excuse me? Someone bumped into me! It wasn't even my f-"

"Whatever" he rolls his eyes and turns away.

That fucking Dickward

"You have some nerve!"

He ignores Selena and walks away. Selena cant help but be angry. Her previous flustered state is all gone. She feels a arm wrap around her waist. She turns around only to be face to face with Laurence.

"Hey there Sweetheart"

"Hi Laurence,don't call me that. And can you let me go"

"Oh c'mon. I'm just teasing you"

"Well stop it. People might think something is going on between us"

"Yeah,yeah,let them think whatever"

Selena rolls her eyes playfully and moves away as Laurence let's her go.

Suddenly the bell rings and the doors open causing everyone to rush in. Selena sees Katelyn waving at her.

"Oh shit,I have to go help Katelyn set up at the Club Social. Bye!" Selena says and runs off to Katelyn to go help her set up the Volleyball Clubs stand.

Katelyn throws the Ball which ends up flying across the gym. Selena hears a familiar voice shout "Travis!". They walk to the scene. It seems the ball hit the dude in the face.

"Haha Dork! You caught the ball with your face! " Katelyn says as she laughs at the unconscious white haired boy who is probably a freshman. Selena can't help but laugh as well. It was kinda funny.

"Katelyn. Serena. Stop teasing the Freshman" says a prince Charming like voice.

"If it isn't Prince Charming" Katelyn says with a roll of her eyes.

Aphmau shrieks slightly as her face is bloody red. Selena made a mental note to tease her about it later.

"I'm not Prince Charming"

"Tell that to all the Freshman girls gawking over you" Katelyn says scoffing .

"I swear they don't even wanna know your name" Selena and Katelyn says in unison.

Garroth chuckles awkwardly.

Selena looks back at the Volleyball booth and sees Sarah(another team player) waving them both over. "Oh shit,Katie,we gotta go. The girls need us"
Katelyn nods and they both run back to their booth.

After a while of talking and helping freshman sign up the bell rings signaling last period. Selena finishes helping the team pack up and heads to her class which is Werewolf class.
