Minseok was in the edge when Luhan sobered up, three days after, from the chain of fevers and pain. It was miraculous for Minseok that Luhan didn't die in one of those high fever crisis. It reached 40.3 at max and Minseok prayed it was the max fever Luhan could get.
"Minnie..." Minseok leaned closer, kissed Luhan's forehead, and rested his forehead on it, tearing up.
"I thought I lost you." Minseok's voice was hoarse and cracked due to the overwhelming emotions. Luhan obviously beamed at that, happy when the memories flushed in his mind. He recalled his sins. He almost shed tears but forced his smile since he could see how worked up Minseok was. "I am sorry..."
"For what?" Luhan tried to touch Minseok but his hand felt heavy and it was Minseok who held it instead. "I ... I don't know what came into me." Minseok kissed his hands, before stopping a blushing Luhan from saying more.
"It's ok. I don't want to know, because I know that whatever happened doesn't mean you aren't mine. I'll be the first and the last for you, Luhan." Luhan smiled at that and tried to lean closer to Minseok who scooted closer and hugged his husband. "Just don't do this to your health, again."
"I'll." Luhan mumbled slowly drifting back to sleep. Minseok noticed so and sighed worriedly before leaving Luhan's side. "Minseok..."
He leaned to kiss Luhan in the lips. "Let's go somewhere and have fun for few days, huh? How does it sound? I want us to change air." Luhan blushed and nodded. "I was thinking of Jeju but we can go wherever you want."
"Beijing... I want to go to Beijing." Luhan mumbled, regaining slowly more consciousness and strength to speak. "I want you to see where I grew up." it made Minseok smile, as he nodded eagerly.
"We will." Minseok gave Luhan three soft, yet melting, kisses as he felt happy to sense Luhan becoming more like himself. "I'd love to see that too."
Minseok was forced to go back to work, that exact evening, promising Luhan to finish as much work as possible so they can go wherever they want without being hooked by the work. He spent the night up, when by four am, Sehun got in with coffee cups.
"Can I get in?" Sehun offered as he walked closer. Minseok was too busy to argue so he took the cup without truly sipping on it. Just the smell made his senses arise. "How is Luhan?"
Minseok froze and looked at Sehun right in the eyes. "He's alive, don't kill yourself about it." Sehun paled but didn't utter a word. Minseok finished some work and as he was about to sip from the coffee, he found it cold and glanced to the clock. He was about to speak when he noticed Sehun silently sitting in front of him, absently looking ahead. "Sehun? What are you still doing here?"
"Oh. yeah." Sehun stood and offered a small smile. "I..." Minseok stood to fetch some newly brewed coffee he could make in the coffee machine when a hand on his stopped him. "Do you love Luhan?" The question took Minseok off guard.
He pushed the man away, frowning. "it's none of your business." Before he could even process the movement, lips caught his in such a heated manner that Minseok felt like throwing up. He pushed the man away and kicked him so hard that Sehun fell on the floor, hitting his back with the side of the table and let out a painful groan.
"What is it asshole? Do you seriously think that I'll let you touch me? What do you think I am, your fucking slut?" Minseok kicked Sehun in the stomach. "What do you think? Huh? that I'll let you take advantage of me like you did to Luhan?"
Sehun looked up, shocked. "I didn't." Minseok scoffed and pulled Sehun from his shirt to the door, wipping the floor with his pants. He threw the man out and closed the door. The building was definitely empty, and Sehun felt relieved nobody saw him being kicked out in such way. "HOW CAN I BE FORCING SOMETHING ON HIM WHEN HE LIKED IT!" He yelled despite the soreness, and the pain. His Lungs were barely pulling in enough air for him to survive facing Minseok again. The man was red. He opened the door on Sehun's face only to kick him hard between the legs. Sehun blacked out immediately at that.
Minseok left him in the office sofa, not even caring, and went back to Luhan's side. It was Sehun's question that made him go there. Luhan woke up as soon as Minseok got in and locked the door. "Minseok..."
"Sehun... kissed me." Minseok told him, observing the man's face. "He did it." Minseok held Luhan's hands. "I don't know what he plans but I think I'm next." Luhan's expression was filled with horror and hurt. "When he left me there in the office he said something really strange." Luhan looked at him in confusion. "he said you liked it." Luhan's pale face twitched in pain, as tears flew down.
"I ... I couldn't hold it back... he did... things that turned me on, I didn't mean it." Luhan mumbled, more tears falling from his eyes. Minseok stepped back in shock. "I know... I've been beating myself up since so I know you will hate me." Luhan looked away. "I hate myself enough... just... punish me if you want, I won't mind it."
Minseok stood there before sitting in the nearest sofa. "This is why you asked forgiveness after that." Minseok closed his eyes. "I can't blame you though. It's my mistake. I should have put Sehun in his place before he even dare to touch you." Luhan didn't say a word, neither did Minseok. They kept it that way until Minseok left for the nearest bar. He truly felt like having a drink at that moment. Meanwhile Luhan cried his heart out, wishing he could just die.
