Deku as Venti AU

Venti had finally had enough of being in Celestia's clutches. Aft...
Venti groans as he opens his eyes. His eyes widen as he looks around worriedly. He had no idea where he was. He quickly stands up, peeking his head out of the alley he was in. "Where in Celestia am I!?"
He looks around at the exotic looking people surrounding him. He sighs gently. "Maybe I can find something out?" He carefully ventures out of the alley, getting off looks from people as he walks by. He assumes it's because of his rather exotic look despite others looking rather weird too. Needless to say he was determined to learn more about this strange world.
One Year Later...
Venti laughs as he floats high above Eraserhead. It amused him to no end everytime he attempted to erase what he thought was a quirk. Venti's obviously been very busy this past year. First thing he did when he arrived was spend five days in a library, learning everything he could about this world and it's people. He learned that archons had apparently died out many many years ago which he frowned at but knew he had to face the facts. Speaking of faces he decided it was time for a new one.
He didn't change much if really at all, all he did was add four freckles in the shape of diamonds to his cheeks then changed his hair just a little, adding a bit of green between the dark blue and bright teal colors. His eyes he changed too, changing them to a toxic almost glowing green with a beautiful icey teal around the pupils.
He found the concept of quirks most fascinating so he decided to study all the ones he could come across. He also noticed how much evil and cruelty was in this world so Venti and his kind heart decided to do something about it, deciding that the path of vigilantism was most exciting. It would also help him study quirks.
He chuckled softly when he figured out quirks were still alot like visions, certain types being given to certain people. With that deduction it was pretty easy to get in his enemies head and figure out what he could about their personality. Most of the time he took down villains without using his powers at all as well.... Godly powers would definitely raise a red flag for people.
His vigilante costume was honestly just as flamboyant as he was, having highlights and bright colors instead of the usual black. He also has a beautiful white masquerade mask covering most of his face.
