(Heesungs POV)

I stare at the manila folder sitting in front of me before looking up at the detective. His eyes told me everything I needed to know, he thought I did it.

No, they told him I did it. I gave them motive to use, I gave them a reason to suspect me and lock me away forever.

"Well, do you have anything to say?" his gruff voice filled Heesung's ears reminding him how guilty he would probably look to a jury.

"Well there isn't anything I can say that would get me out of this, you already believe I'm guilty don't you?" he tilts his head to the side staring into the older mans eyes.

"We have a motive, and eye witnesses saying you and were the last one to see Sunghoon and Jungwon."

"Now Sunghoons dead and your other friend is missing and that's all you have to say. The others said the last time they saw you three y'all where arguing about Sunghoon supposedly stealing something from you is that true?"

Heesung dryly laughs shaking his head. "Not from me, from Sunno, he came to me crying about his precious pendant."

If you don't believe me go ask his mother she treated to sue Sunghoon if he didnt return it before Friday."

He twist his hands around trying to make them rest comfortably without the cuff digging deeper  into his skin. The boys deranged hair, dark eye bags and bruising all over both of his arms. Made it clear how the rest of the officers felt about him.

Sighing the detective slid his hand into his pocket pull out a ring of silver keys, reaching over the table to unlock the hand cuffs.

Heesung mumbled a quick thanks rubbing his bruised wrist. "Look we know something fishy is going on with the others testimony's, but if you don't give me anything that can help you. You WILL go to jail for his murder."

"Fine, take me away then." The detective gives Heesung shocked look.

"It won't matter if im innocent or guilty, I'll have no where to go back to anyway."

The detective leans back in his chair, studying Heesung for a moment before standing up.

"Alright, let's go back to the scene of the crime. Maybe something will jog your memory." Heesung stands up silently, knowing that this won't end well. As they exit the interrogation room, he can't help but wonder if the truth will ever come out.

As they walked to the car, Heesung couldn't shake off the feeling of dread that had been haunting him since his friend's disappearance. He couldn't believe that he was being accused of such a heinous crime, but he knew that the evidence was stacked against him.

As they drove to Bloodhill forest, the site where Sunghoon's body was found, Heesung's mind raced with thoughts and memories. He remembered the last time he saw his friend, and how they had argued about Sunoo's pendant.

Heesung knew that he had nothing to do with the theft, but he also knew that no one else would have helped Sunghoon out.

When they arrived at the forest, Heesung stepped out of the car and followed the detective to the crime scene. The area was cornered off with police tape, and forensic investigators were looking around  the area for evidence.

Heesung felt sick to his stomach as he looked at the spot where his friend's body had lined with white paint. He couldn't bear the thought of what Sunghoon had gone through.

The detective asked Heesung to recount the events of the night that Sunghoon and Jungwon went missing, and Heesung did his best to remember all the details.

He told the detective about the argument he had with Sunghoon, and how his friend had stormed off. He also mentioned that Jungwon went to go comfort Sunghoon like he always did.

The detective listened intently, taking notes, he seemed to be genuinely interested in finding out the truth, but Heesung couldn't  shake the feeling that he was still a suspect.

After a few hours at the crime scene, the detective told Heesung that they would be heading back to the station to continue the investigation.

Heesung was relieved to be leaving the forest, but he knew that his troubles were far from over. He knew was being set up, but he didn't know who or why would do this to him.

As they drove back to the station, Heesung felt a glimmer of hope. Maybe the truth would come out after all. Maybe he would be exonerated, and his friend's killer would be brought to justice. But as they pulled into the parking lot of the station, Heesung's hope quickly faded away.

The police station was filled with reporters and angry people who's faces he'd known since he was a child. The detective cursed as he began to do a U turn.

Heesung's heart began to race as he realized the gravity of the situation. He was being accused of murder and faced the possibility of spending the rest of his life in prison. The thought of being locked up for a crime he didn't commit was unbearable.

Feeling trapped and helpless, Heesung's mind raced as he tried to think of a way out. As he looked around, his eyes fell on the lock on the back door. He hesitated for a moment, but ultimately decided to take a risk. With a deep breath, he pulled up the lock and opened the door.

As he jumped out of the car, he felt a sharp pain in his leg as he landed on the rough concrete ground. He ignored the pain and quickly got up, wobbling unsteadily before starting to run down the road towards the Boisstino River.

Heesung could hear the detective yelling behind him, but he didn't look back. He was determined to clear his name and find the real killer. As he ran, his mind raced with thoughts of what could have happened and what he could do to prove his innocence. He knew it wasn't going to be easy, but he was determined to fight until the truth came out.

Heesung needed to escape. He had to find someone who would believe him, who would help him clear his name. He continued to run, his feet pounding against the ground as he made his way up the steep cliff.

He could feel his heart pounding in his chest, and his breaths were coming in short gasps as he pushed himself harder and harder. Finally, reaching the top, panting and sweating. He stopped just before the edge, looking down at the waves crashing below. Heesung took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. But then he heard it - the sound of the detective's voice, getting closer and louder. Heesung knew he had to think fast, or he would be caught.

The detective's voice echoed through Heesung's mind as he stood at the edge of the riverbank. He started to get dizzy as the he cold breeze sending shivers down his spine. He knew he had to do something, anything.

"Stop, we can figure this out," the detective pleaded, his voice filled with desperation. "I just need you to get back in the car."

Heesung ignored him, taking a deep breath jumping into the river. The freezing water wrapped around him, and for a moment, he feared he had made a grave mistake. But as he surfaced, he felt a rush of adrenaline and a newfound sense of freedom.

As he swam towards the other side of the river, Heesung couldn't help but think about what he was leaving behind or where he was going to go.
