You were now in the car with Hayes and his mom.
"Will you please tell me where we are going?",you asked Hayes with puppy dog eyes.
"Awww you're so cute, and no",Hayes said tapping your nose.
"Please?",you whined.
"Nope it's a surpri-"
"Hayes um it's really foggy outside",Elizabeth said cutting off Hayes from his sentence.
"It's ok mom",Hayes said annoyed.
"No,honey it's really foggy",she said worried.
"Aw great",Hayes sarcastically.
4 hours earlier (Hayes's POV)
"Thanks dad",I said as he propped a table and 2 chairs on the sand dune.
In just a couple of hours (Y/N) and I were going on a date for our 6 month anniversary. I couldn't wait to see her expression of everything I put together.
Our date would take place at a construction site on top of a big sand dune.When you sit on top of the sand dune you can see a beautiful view of city lights and the moon is always shining bright.I also brought my beats pill so we could enjoy some music while on our extravagant date.My mom helped me make some Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp which was one of (Y/N)'s favorite foods.I hope she likes everything because I wouldn't want to disappoint her after all my hard work of putting this together.
Present Time
As you and Hayes stepped out of the car, you noticed you were at a construction site.
"Hayes what are we doing here?",you asked as you both started to walk up the sand dune.
"It was supposed to be where we had our date",Hayes said depressed once you both got to the top of the sand dune.
All of the fog from earlier had passed but there was still some around.The table was wet and the chairs were knocked over.The food was cold,plus the ground was starting to get soggy and you couldn't even see the beautiful view.
"(Y/N), I'm so sorry, this was supposed to be the best date ever.I guess mother nature really hates me",Hayes said disappointed.
"Babe don't be sad, it can still be the best date ever",you said trying to be positive about the situation.
"How?",Hayes asked.
"By this",you said throwing some mud on Hayes's face.
Hayes was shocked by the pile of mud thrown on his face but when he looked into your eyes he gave you an evil and playful glare. You thought to yourself, oh my god I'm so dead. Hayes picked up a way larger pile than the one that you threw at him and he threw it directly at your face.
By the end of the night you and Hayes were both covered from head to toe in mud.
"Hayes even though this date didn't go as planed, I still had lots of fun", you said sitting down looking at the city lights.
"Me too babe, but let's go clean up, order a pizza, and watch a movie", Hayes said standing up holding out his to help you up. You gladly took it and said, "That sounds like a really good idea because this stuff is starting to get all mushy".

A/N- Hey guys I know it has been a long time since I have posted anything and that's totally my fault. I'm really sorry. But over this break I have started highschool, been to a concert, and I have matured in my writing a little with punctuations and stuff so I am going to try to start back writing. I know that this story sucked but I kind of wrote it in like a hurry over the last 2 months. But I am going to start writing again. A new imagine will be posted next week so be on the look out.
