Soon class was over

I was walking threw the halls to the water fountain when I saw Mandy I looked away hoping that she wouldn't recognize me but she did and when I got close enough to the fountain she dunked my head in there and I was all wet from my face to my hair and some even got on my outfit I looked like I had just went swimming and didn't dry myself properly and then someone had started a water fight. So when I got to class unfortunately Brandon was there and we are partners AGAIN. I just want to go home since I look terrible, so I told Brandon I'd be right back but I wasn't going to I walked right up to the teacher and said that I wasn't feeling well and I asked if I could go home. reluctantly she said that I could go home, so I went to my Locker and got all my stuff And then I walked to the office where I waited for my mom to pick me up. once she arrived I hopped into the car.
"So honey are you feeling ok?" My mom asked
"Yeah I just didn't feel well" I stammered
When we got home I played video games. Until my brother came home. I saw he had a wrapped well thing.
"Who is that for? Grandma" I joked
" Actually it's for you I felt bad that you were a nerd and had no friends so..." he joked and then he handed me the present
" Hey I'm not a nerd and I have friends" I said as I opened it up, it was a diary.
" Thanks" I said the. I ran upstairs and grabbed Lilly "look" I said showing her my gift then she licked the front cover. then I wrote I'm home sick with.. with.. the flu
