His eyes, his eyes are all I can think about as we sit in a deep silence. A silence that I will not break.

"Hi. Hi umm, your awake!" He said with his soothing voice.

"Yes, um hi." I replied. Wth is wrong with me 'um hi.' I'm such an idiot.

"I am so sorry for what happened, it's all my fault." He said as he slowly got up and moved closer. His eyes twinkled as the bright lights of the hospital hit them.

"No no, it's mine I really should have moved." I assured.

"No, I won't take it. It was my fault and I can't believe this happened.. I am going to be here until you get better so don't worry about not having company," He said with a smile. Oh my god that smile. It is probably the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. "My name is Chandler, Chandler Riggs."

"I know," I giggled a little trying not to be too obvious that I am a really big fan, I mean the only reason I didn't run after him like all those other girls was because he would think I am just another fan. "I've seen you on T.V with Emily on TWD. I'm Hope, and I know your busy so you don't have to take care of me I mean my parents are away but I'll be okay."

"No, I am not going to leave you. Not by yourself, you can't get better on your own." He smiled again. I loved him and I don't know how I have not died or freaked out. To be honest I'm proud of how calm I am.

"What's wrong with me, why am I in the hospital? Did I break something?" I said remembering the even that had happened last night.

"You have a broken arm and lots of cuts and bruises from the fall. Also they ordered a CT to check for any other internal injuries because so many people just walked over you." He said as he put his hands over his face. "This is all my fault." He muttered. He didn't think I could hear him but I did and I got a shiver down my spine. Chandler Riggs, the boy I fell in love with after seeing him on a small screen is in front of me.

"I'll be okay." I said as I got lost in his exquisite eyes. Those eyes are the things I wake up to when I see the poster of him on my walls.

"Do you need anything? Anything at all before you go down for your CT?" he asked nervously.

"No, I'm just fine." I replied as a male doctor appeared in the doorway.

"We're ready for you," he said kindly.

"See you soon Chandler." and with that I waved good bye as I was pulled to this large room with lots of machines. I laid down and had the CT and was dragged back to my room where Chandler waited as he paced the floor.

"Hey, thanks for staying it means a lot." I said. Of course I didn't expect someone like him to wait for someone like him. I am just a fan.

"Well of course I did. You look great in a hospital gown by the way," He said with a chuckle.

"Thanks." I replied as I laughed a little.

After 15 minutes of small-talk and learning about each other, well who am I kidding I know basically everything about him, the doctor appeared in the door.

"We have some bad news.. In the CT we found something that didn't have to do with the fall, something that might come as a shock to you," he said. My hands began to sweat and my breathing began to increase.

"What is it, I'm sure it can be healed with time," Chandler stated.

"Well I am sorry to tell you this but, Hope, you have a brain tumor and need to go to surgery as soon as possible." The not-so-kind-anymore doctor said to me.
