Erica was sitting in the kitchen, eating breakfast. She was having a bowl of cereal as it was one of the easier things for her to get on her own.

"Good morning, Erica." Tasha greeted as she and some of the others walked into the room.

"Morning Ari." Adam said.

"Good morning." Erica greeted back.

"Do you want to do some training today?" Davenport asked.

"I don't really feel like it." Erica answered. She got up to leave, not even finishing her cereal.

"She's still upset with me." Davenport said. "Can't say I blame her. I lied to her. I lied to all of you."

"You were just trying to protect us. We understand that." Bree said. "Erica's younger than us. It might take her longer to understand that."

"Let me go talk to her." Chase said. He had an idea where she was and he was right when he found her in the theatre room, watching tv. "You want to talk about it?" Chase asked.

"Talk about what?" Erica said, not looking away from the screen.

"You know what I'm talking about." Chase said.

"I don't want to talk about it." Erica said.

Chase muted the tv. Erica sighed. "It's understandable that you're still upset with Mr. Davenport." Chase started.

"Why do you guys call him that instead of Dad?" Erica asked.

"I guess because we don't see him as a father like you do." Chase replied. "But, getting back to the point, Mr. Davenport was only trying to protect you."

"I know." Erica said. "Thanks Chase." She leaned over to hug him.

"You're welcome, Ari." Chase said, hugging her back. "Now, go finish eating. I have to get to school."

"Have fun." Erica said.

"See ya later, Erica." Chase said as he got up. Erica headed back to the kitchen.

"You okay?" Davenport asked.

Erica nodded as she sat down at the table and continued eating.

"I know it wasn't right to keep things from you guys." Davenport started. "But, I was only trying to protect you guys."

"I know." Erica said. "I'm sorry."

"It's alright, Erica." Davenport said. "You have every right to be upset with me."

"You know, before that day, I had been doing really well with keeping my emotions in check." Erica said.

"I know." Davenport said. "I was impressed with how well you were doing."

"And then I attacked you." Erica said.

"Which, ultimately, was really my fault." Davenport said. "So, I can't really get mad at you or blame you for that."

"Can we still do training?" Erica asked as she finished eating.

"Of course." Davenport said. "Let's go."

Erica put her bowl in the sink and followed her dad down to the lab.

"You know, it's not really fair." Erica said as she trained with her dad.

"What isn't fair?" Davenport asked.

"The fact that the others get to go school and I'm stuck at home." Erica said.

"Erica, we've talked about this." Davenport said. "It's too dangerous..."

"I know. I know. It's too dangerous." Erica said, finishing her father's statement. "But, it's not fair that they get to leave the house."

"And what would you do, when you can't go to school?" Davenport asked.

"Play a sport." Erica answered.

"And what sport would you play?" Davenport asked.

"I've watched a lot of movies, shows, and YouTube videos on gymnastics." Erica explained. "That looks interesting."

"Gymnastics?" Davenport asked. "I think playing a sport with your bionics would probably be considered cheating."

"I don't have Adam's super strength or Bree's super speed." Erica said. "Plus, I'm barely bionic."

Davenport didn't say anything.

"Please, Daddy." Erica pleaded.

"Alright, you can try it." Davenport agreed. "But, you have to do a glitch test, just like the others, and get good results, before I let you do it."

"Thank you!" Erica said, hugging him.

Later that afternoon, the others got home from school.

"What are you guys doing?" Adam asked as they walked into the lab.

"Having Erica do a glitch test." Davenport replied.

"What for?" Chase asked.

"Dad's letting me play a sport!" Erica exclaimed.

"Only if you get good results." Davenport added.

"Are the results good?" Erica asked.

"For you, yes." Davenport answered.

"What do you mean by that?" Erica asked.

"Meaning that with your chip issues and being younger, I don't expect the same exact results that your siblings got." Davenport explained. "But, for you, your results are good."

"So, can I do gymnastics?" Erica asked.

Davenport sighed. "I suppose." He said.

Erica squealed with excitement.

"But, this means you have to really keep your emotions in check and not glitch in public." Davenport added.

"Thank you, Daddy!" Erica said.
