Night At The Sanctorum

Ch1: Getting Ready Pt 1

When Maddy had awoken, she was back at her mother's house.

She slowly began to sit up in bed, wondering what had happened.

As she was sitting up, she looked over and saw a couple of envelopes on her desk that were right beside the picture of her and Doctor Strange.

Maddy then began to get up out of bed and went over to her desk.

When she got there, she saw the top envelope.

She began to open it.

When she opened it, she saw a letter.

She began to read it.

Dear Maddy,

I hope that you feel better. I found you this morning at the bottom of my swimming pool. Don't know what's happening but, according to what I've heard from other sources, it's not good. You missed the pool party. I wonder where you were at. Probably in the garden shed, sleeping but, from what America told me, she said that Doctor Strange picked you up and took you home. I hope that you made it home safe.

Love, Peter Parker "Spider-Man" (You probably already knew that)

Maddy smiled.

She was glad that Peter cared about her and so did his friends.

Maddy then began to open another envelope and found yet again another letter.

She began to read it.

A few minutes later, she had gotten down to the last two envelopes.

Both of them looked like they were glowing.

Maddy used her magic and opened them.

Within a matter of seconds, two invitations began to appear.

She used her magic to open the first one.

It said...

Maddy,

You're cordially invited to spend the night at the Sanctum Sanctorum on Bleeker Street.

Time: 6:00 PM
Address: 177A Bleeker Street
Hosts: Ancient One and Doctor Strange

Don't worry... You'll fit right in and also don't forget to bring your smile because we're going to have so much fun.

Maddy clapped her hands and giggled.

She was super excited to be spending the night at the Sanctum Sanctorum.

She had always dreamed of this ever since she was a little girl but, now that she's old enough to come and go whenever she pleases, she could stay a couple days over there.

The second invitation that she opened was from The Ancient One.

It was explaining about attire and what to bring.

Maddy was very excited to be doing this, especially now since Endgame was over and her possibility worked and Thanos was now dead, she could finally confess her love to Doctor Strange and return his time stone.

She levitated over to the closet and once she got there, she landed on her feet.

Using her magic, she opened the closet and found the box that had the infinity gauntlet in it.

She brought it out and began to open it, using her magic.

After she opened it, she brought out the infinity gauntlet from the box and began to use her magic, taking the time stone off.

Within minutes, she had taken the time stone off of it.

She then put the infinity gauntlet back in the box and then put the box back in the closet, still wrapped.

After she put the box back in the closet, she shut the closet door and began to head downstairs, with Strange's time stone in the palm of her hand.

When she got downstairs, she saw her mom sitting on the couch, watching one of her favorite soap operas.

"Mom?" Maddy said, trying to get her mom's attention.

Nicole looked at her.

"Yes, sweetie?" She said, in response.

"I'm going to be spending time with my love, okay?" Maddy said, hoping that her mom would be okay with her going out.

"Alright, sweetie. I'll be here." Nicole said as Maddy then began to head out the front door.

After Maddy went out the front door, she then began to head towards the Sanctum Sanctorum that was right across the street from her mom's.

She hoped that Doctor Strange was home...
