NO ONE'S POV: One day while Calvin was eating breakfast with Nina, she asked A very odd question. "when are you gonna get a Girlfriend?" Hearing this Calvin Choked on his corn flakes As she said so, "W-what??" Calvin replied. "Well you are 18 for crying out loud! and you haven't even Found someone you like!" Nina spoke. "O-oh right I forgot to tell you..." Calvin said while Nina was somewhat Confused on what he meant at all. "well I met someone... Her name is Ivy." Calvin spoke again. "Well that's great! but why haven't you told me?" Nina asked. "oh I just forgot to tell you." Calvin said "Well Let's invite her over for Dinner then! 8:00 Should be just nifty! Don't you think Calvin?" Nina said. "O-oh yeah! that's great! That's great!" Calvin Said knowing That Ivy would never be his mother's cup of tea at all but After Nina said that Calvin ran Straight To The Little daisy Café To tell Ivy. Even though He lost a lot of breath He made it to the Café, He opened The door and ran straight to Ivy. "Oh my god! Freckles You look absolutely Parched you want some water??" Ivy said worried, "I-ivy I needa tell you Something-" Calvin said Parched as hell. "Okay but first Let me get you some water!" Ivy said Grabbing a Cup And poured some water into it giving it to Calvin. "So basiclly This morning My Nina asked why I Haven't found a Girlfriend Yet and I Told her I did and She want's to meet you tonight..." Calvin said. "Well I would just be Gay to meet her Calvin! But why are you saying it like it's a bad thing?" Ivy asked. "Well My Nina doesn't Really Like girls like you..." Calvin spoke. "what? You think I'm a Tomato Calv?" Ivy asked. "No Ivy" Calvin said chuckling Ad continued saying "She just likes girls who Are like really Smart and Go to Church and Who are more Calm-" Calvin said. "Sweetie there is nothing to worry About! I promise :)" Ivy said She kissed Calvin on the Head, Calvin smiled as she did. TIME LAPSE TO 8:00 PM "She should be here Anytime now" Nina said Setting up the Table. Meanwhile Calvin was worried that Nina would hate Ivy. The love of his life, He could never live knowing his Own mother hate's his Lover, But anyway he snapped out of DayDreaming As he heard a Knock at the door. He walked up to the door And opened it and as he did he saw Ivy at the door Smiling. "Hi Calvin! Can I come in?" Ivy asked, "Yeah Of course!" Calvin said Smiling. Ivy Then walked in. as Calvin closed the Door Nina came Into the Room and smiled. "Hello Dear you must be Ivy!" Nina said Smiling. "Yes! You must be Calvin's Mother Right?" Ivy asked. "Yes! but you can Just call me Nina dear!" Nina Said. Ivy nodded And smiled walking to the Dinner table. "Calvin isn't she just Lovely? Anyway, Let's go to the dinner Table." Nina said Walking to the Table. Calvin Was very Realived And hoped everything else would go smoothly. After Dinner Ivy was at the Front door saying Goodbye to Calvin and Nina. Everything went great!
