Scarlett moved with practiced grace around the kitchen, her nimble fingers slicing through vegetables as if they were nothing more than ordinary ingredients. She glanced at the simmering pot on the stove, the aroma of a savory stew filling the air. As Luna of the Red Moon Wolf Pack, she was used to carrying out her husband's orders without question, but this task was unlike any other.

"Is this my destiny, to be an obedient wife even when my heart aches?" Scarlett whispered to herself, her fingers trembling as they sliced fresh herbs. The moonlight spilled into the room, casting a silvery glow over her troubled expression.

Her thoughts were a tumultuous whirlwind as she worked. She couldn't help but think how ridiculous the situation was. She, The Luna of the Red Moon Wolf Pack, was being asked to prepare a dinner for her husband and his lover, Zia, on their third anniversary. The thought of it twisted her heart like a knife.

As she stirred the pot, her thoughts continued to churn. "I've hidden my true self for far too long. The wolf within me yearns to break free, but I must bide my time." She clenched her fists, her nails digging into her palms, a silent vow to reveal her identity at the right moment.

With a sigh, she continued her culinary ballet, chopping vegetables with precision. The blade's rhythmic sound was her only companion, She knew her actions had to be as cautious as a mouse, a silent guardian of her secret.

In that moment, as Scarlett Rodriguez's interview graced the television screen, the room seemed to hold its breath.
She watched with an air of detachment, her eyes fixated on the visage of the woman being interviewed, her expression inscrutable as if she were pondering a mystery of cosmic proportions.

The FL gaze, typically steady and unyielding, now appeared lost, adrift in a sea of thoughts.

However, the tranquil air was soon disrupted by the arrival of Alpha Black's mother and ex Luna, Kyle. She swept into the room with all the regality befitting her status, casting a dismissive glance at the televised image of Scarlett. Kyle's lips curled into a mocking smile, her words dripping with condescension.

"Having the same name as the War Goddess hardly qualifies her to be one," Kyle scoffed, her voice carrying the weight of experience and dominance. She leaned in closer, her eyes locked on the screen, as if challenging the mere notion that Scarlett could ever be associated with the mighty War Goddess.

Kyle's assessment of Scarlett was unapologetically brutal, labeling her as nothing more than a "dumb beauty" in the grand tapestry of the supernatural world.

Kyle couldn't help but smirk as she pondered the absurdity of the situation. If Alpha Black hadn't stumbled upon Scarlett in the heart of the forest, her fate would have been sealed. She'd have been nothing more than a pawn in the Red Moon Wolf Pack's power games, a submissive servant to their every whim.

Kyle reLouised, her words laced with disdain, " What a laughable twist of fate it would have been! Scarlett, the so-called 'Goddess of War' sharing her name with the mighty deity herself. It's almost as absurd as calling a mouse a lion."

Kyle's words cut deep, and the other female werewolves in the room joined in the mockery. They snickered and exchanged glances, finding amusement in Scarlett's supposed association with the War Goddess.

One bold werewolf chimed in, "I bet she couldn't even fight her way out of a paper bag, let alone be a deity of war!" Laughter erupted in the room, further emphasizing their disdain for Scarlett.

Lydia, a confident and outspoken member of the pack, chimed in. "You have to admit, it's quite entertaining, Kyle. Our very own 'Goddess of War' here in the flesh, preparing dinner," she said, a mischievous glint in her eye. Her words were met with laughter from the others in the room.
