Chapter 5

Celeste's POV

I giggled running through the house as Chris chased after me. I ran into a closet and I herd him run past as I giggled. He stopped and came back and I transformed as the door swung open. I ran under him and to the living room and under the coffee table. I herd him laughing and I tried to make it to the dinning table but he caught me and picked me up. I turned in his arms and laughed

"I got you! Now you must pay the price for running!" He said as he made his way to the couch.

"Meu! Oh no what might that price have to be?" I asked joking.

"A kiss from my beautiful kitty" he said laying me down and hovering closely to my face. Chris was about to kiss me! My blood was pumping fast my heart accelerated. I purred so loudly... Louder than I ever had before.... I purred only the way Chris knew how to make me purr. I started to lean in.

"I love that purr" Chris whispers.

Just as I was about to meet his lips... The door burst open and Mike runs in knife in hand.

"She's Mine!" He yells

I shoot up in bed. My heart was beating fast and I had a light layer of sweat.

"Hey is everything alright?" I herd some one whisper and I got startle I backed up and found my self falling. I was soon stopped by the floor.

I whimpered and the lights flickered on. I quickly turned into a cat, my back arched my eyes were slits and my tail straight up. I began to hiss quietly.

"Hey it's ok.... Just me" Chris said by the door. "Are you ok"

I calmed down and licked my arm.... It throbbed from falling. Chris came and I backed up tail tucked and all.

"Meu" it was a silent cry.... I was scared he might hurt me but I knew he never would.... I didn't think at least.... I hoped.

He picked me up gently and put me on the bed. I sat in his lap... I was very comfortable. He was petting me. Rubbing my head... Calming me down.

I got off him and went to the corner of the bed.

"What's wrong?" He said rubbing his eyes.

"I had a bad dream" I said telepathically.

His eyes opened wide and he looked around trying to look for my human form. He couldn't find me and then looked at my cat form.

"Did you just..."

"Yeah I can do that" I said again. He thought for a moment.

"Want to tell me what your dream was about?" He asked

I laid my head down on my paws." No it's ok" I said

"Then ... Come lay down" he said patting the spot next to him.

"Meu" I said and crawled over to him slowly.

He got up and turned the lights off. Then got under the sheet pulling it over me a little.

"Goodnight Celeste" he whispered and began scratching behind my ear till I fell asleep. Mike wouldn't never even let me sleep in the same bed as him. Not once has he ever made me purr or showed affection towards me.... I hope I stay with Motionless for a long time...

Chris' POV

The next morning I woke up to a empty bed... Where she go?

"Meu" I herd and I felt paws on my back.

"Wake up we stopped somewhere" I herd in my mind.... I need to get used to that.

I groaned "no I wanna sleep" I said
