Chapter fifteen: Finally, a happy ending

After this lovely family reunion, I went to see Caroline. In her office Lizzie was also here talking to her about her life in general.

« Hey Darling, I said softly. Miss Forbes sorry to interrupt.
- Hey Wolfy, she answered, kissing me.
- Call me Caroline Y/n. I told you that already.
- Sorry habits, I apologized. I actually need to talk to you about something. It's about Katherine. I found her last night and brought her back. I was wondering if it was a problem ?...
- Where is she right now ? And of course not, we just need to set certain rules.
- She's in my room with the Mikaelson. Don't worry everything went smoothly, I just kicked Kol ass and yelled at Klaus, and told her not to flirt with your husband, my mother or kill anyone. But I think she didn't agree about my mother but it's a problem for later.
- Well that's good but I still went to talk to her, she's your aunt, and gave her some update about everything that happened here since she was supposedly dead. I also need to inform my husband and our friends that she's back and not a threat anymore. I wouldn't want you to have to kick their ass too.
- Yes of course, she's waiting for you in my room with angry Mikaelsons, I laughed. Also there is a small change. She's my mother too… So you can add her to my chart. I know, I know I have too many parents, I laughed. But well I know where my flirtatious habits come from.
- I didn't see this one coming, Lizzie said surprised.
- Well me neither until last night when I had a flashback. But on this I'll go pass some time with my girlfriend before I need to suffer a family dinner with the Mikaeslon and Pierce and Salvatore that are going to either be friendly or kill each other… So good luck with my family Caroline, I said taking Lizzie by the hand. » 

We went to her room, her sister wasn't here yet, so we decided to watch a movie together. I actually wasn't paying attention at all and only focused on my hand into her soft blonde hair. We cuddled for a while before she turned around looking at me. 

« You know when I told you, I loved you when you were in full reaper mode… I haven't said it back since then…
- I know, it's okay Darling, I don't want to pressure you into saying it. I know you do, I said, kissing her softly. Because how could you resist me?
- What did I do to be with you ?
- Well you were a complete badass bitch and I love that, also you're hot, and really funny when you hit my cousin.
- Thank you… she blushed.
- You're so cute when you're shy, Sweetheart.
-  Shut it, she said, hitting me. I love you Mikaelson.
- And I love you Saltzman. »

He stayed for a while with our forehead against each other, smiling like two dumbasses before I tackled her into a hug, making us fall from the bed in a loud sound and making us yell due to surprise. We yelled so loudly that my mother, Katherine, entered the room like she was ready to kill someone. Seeing us on the ground laughing our ass off, she smiled and laughed too, and took our hand helping us to get on our feet.

« I never knew I raised you to be that clumsy, she said.
- I'm offended, I'm not clumsy…
- You made us fall from the bed Y/n, you are clumsy.
- You're supposed to be on my side… I trailed off to Lizzie.
- She's just telling the truth, don't be mad at your girlfriend.
- Caroline told you, didn't she ?
- Yes, she did, she also said that maybe it was your Petrova genes that gave you your bitchiness and not only your mom.
- She said what ? I'm definitely offended. Even if it's true… I trailed off
- Also Lizzie, hurt my daughter and I will make your life hell, got it ?
- Mommmmm don't scare her…
- I'm not, don't worry Love, and Katherine I would never hurt her, I love her. 
- Well that's good then.
- Don't threaten her again mom, or I will tell Rebekah about your little crush, I smirked.
- I don't have one.
- You didn't promise not to flirt with her. And well, we know blondes are better, I smiled.»

To this word Katherine left the room letting us alone, while I jumped on the bed laughing from the face my mom made when I mentioned Rebekah. After that Lizzie and I changed, before spending the rest of the days with our family. Surprisingly no one tried to kill each other and Rebekah and Katherine stayed and talked a lot together. I also might have tried to lock them up in a room so they would pass more time together. However it didn't work and I earned a hit behind the head from both of them and Hope, who did it for the pleasure of it.
 In that moment when I saw all of us together, this family we had become, everyone I loved together, I thought that finally it was over, the pain and the suffering. Finally, the war into my head and in my heart was over. Like Jess told me I found the person who could get me out of the darkness, and brought our family back together. And even though I wished that her and dad were here, I knew that they were proud of us. Proud of what I had become. I looked behind me, hoping they were watching me and whispered « I'll always be your sis. See you one day dad. » My mothers herading me, put their hands on my shoulders and gave me a quick hug before sitting for dinner. 

Jessica pov's:

I watched my twin with her, our family, all together smiling and chatting happily. And when she stopped a bit, turning to say these words  « I'll always be your sis. See you one day dad. », I smiled. She is finally happy, free from the demons of our past.

« I'll always be yours Wolfy. You see, she called you dad. I told you she felt that way too, I said to Dave.
- I knew she did, I just hope she knows she was always my daughter in my heart.
- She knows dad, don't worry, I smiled while hugging him. Also, Rebekah and Katerine are definitely flirting right ?
- They are. And Katerine uses the same pickup lines and nickname as Y/n, it's cute.
- Come on, let's go, they don't need us now. Let's visit New Orleans, you told me one day, you'll show me where mom lives. So today is the day.
- Okay, New Orleans where we come, Dave said, taking my hand. »

A/N: Normally this is the last chapter of this series, let me know if you want a chapter of like their future together ! If I have inspiration I might do a season 2, let me know if you would want that.

In the mean time I'm writing a Hope Mikaelson x Y/n story, I have the first 4 chapters so I will wait until I wrote some more to be sure to post one each day or two ! So you'll have to wait a bit more for new chapter.

Also I'll do a Y/n Freya's daughter x Josie or Lizzie Saltzman I don't know yet.
