5 Days

Day five~ Friday

Are we alive? Are we dead? Is the world dead? Am I a zombie like everyone else? All of these questions in my head right now. This was the day when the whole world stopped and everyone died; so are we dead? Well why wouldn't I be I have to be a zombie! Right? I woke up and saw that I was still on my couch. Lia was on the ground, but there's no blood, no nothing. I saw that she was breathing, and I went to go wake her up. "Lia wake up. Lia! C'mon we have to see if anyone is still alive" I said as I was shaking her, and slapping her in the face to wake up. "Huh" Lia said as she got up. "C'mon let's go" i said. "Wait! I need to umm... get dressed" Lia said. "C'mon No one will see you, everyone is dead" I said as I went towards the door, but Lia grabbed my hand. "I know, but I don't want to see what the world lookes like now pratically everyone is a zombie, so we could get killed, fie" Lia said. "I just have to go see what it's like out there. Grab your gun and I'll grab my knife" I said. "LOOK OUT THERE, FIE! LOOK, ALOT OF ZOMBIES ARE OUT BY OUR DOOR AND WAITING TO POUNCE AND EAT US! WE NEED TO STAY IN HERE! WE CAN'T GO OUT THERE" Lia yelled. I've never heard her scream and cry like that EVER. I could tell she was scared so she has to face her fear, we need to survive this. "LIA, WE NEED TO SURVIVE WE NEED FOOD, WATER, AND SUPPLIES SO WE CAN KEEP OURSELVES ALIVE! DON'T THINK I DIDNT THINK THIS THROUGH, I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING SO JUST BE QUIET, OK" I yelled at Lia and she started to cry and she almost punched the window, but since it's so fragile and she could brake it I quickly grabbed her arm. She looked at me and then started to ball her eyes out. "Lia, why is it like this all of a sudden we were fine until now. Are we just scared? Or are we just worried?" "Both" she said as she looked down at the ground. "Worried and scared a great combination" I said as I sat next to her, and looked up at the ceiling. We sat there for awhile when we heard something hitting the window. I look out the window. Then it did it again. "It's a zombie. We have to kill it before it kills us. It might brake the window." Right as I said that the window shattered everywhere. Lia was scared I was scared, and worried about lia. I grabbed the knife on the coffee table, and just sliced their heads. Lia grabbed the gun, and shot a few zombies then I told her to keep shooting as I go get some boards from my garage and some nails. I boarded up the window as fast as I could. BANG BANG BANG "I'm scared fie. I dont know what's going to happen" Lia said. "It's a zombie apocalypse. And as long as your with me you'll be fine" I said as I was looking out the eyeglass on the door. "Is anything there, can you see anything" Lia asked. "Well all I can see is too many zombies to handle at our doorstep" I said as I looked away. That night we had to keep boarding up the windows and doors over and over again. Too many zombies if I do say so myself. But once we were done we went to bed I stayed up longer than lia, but after awhile I fell asleep. Is this the end?
