...

I wish...

For a world where everyone can be happy.

I wish for a world where nothing like this ever happened.

I wish for a world where we can all live our best lives as normal Hope's Peak Academy students.

I wish for a world where no killing games happen.

I wish...

I wish Junko Enoshima never existed to begin with.

Present day — gates of Hope's Peak Academy
———
"...So I guess I'm finally here, huh?"

A girl mutters to herself as she tightens her grip on her suitcase. The girl stands infront of the gates to Hope's Peak Academy, a school where students who are the very best in their talents go to.

Apparently, this girl has been scouted to be a student there.

Her name is Kokoa Yumemi. She's scouted by Hope's Peak as the Ultimate Video Editor. It's no surprise to her, honestly, given that her edits are pretty popular, and editing stream footage for a popular streamer managed to make her gain enough attention for most people around her to know who she is.

"Haa....I can't believe I'm finally here! Heh, good job, me!" Kokoa said to herself in happiness, looking down to the ground, before looking back up to the gigantic building of the school she's going to be in for the next three years.

"Welp! No wasting anymore time! Let's fucking go in!!!" She shouted out, running through the crowd of people going into the school to get through the entrance.

After the school's opening ceremony — Hope's Peak Academy's hallways
———
"Alright....Now...to find where my class is..." Kokoa muttered, looking around the hallways to see any signs of her classroom being in the floor she's at right now. She managed to spot a classroom, but then she saw the sign hanging above the door.

It read 'Class 79-C'

"Ugh, shit. That's not the class I'm in...! Gah....Where the fuck is it...?!" The video editor said in distress, running around the hallways, frantically looking around to see if there's any classrooms around the area that's labeled as 'Class 80-D'.

"Heya! You're finding your class?" A voice asked, making Kokoa leap in surprise. "What the- HEY! DON'T JUST RANDOMLY CREEP UP ON ME LIKE THAT, YOU IDIOT!" She shouted at the person as she turned around to face them. The person then giggled.

"Haha, yeah, yeah, sorry~ By the way, what class are you in?" They asked. Kokoa looked at her paper for a brief moment, before looking back up to them. "Class 80-D." She answered. "Oh! That's my class too! I think Class 80-D is at the second floor, though. Let's go!"

Without any warning, the person grabbed Kokoa by her arm and dragged her to the stairs. "Wh- HEY!!! SLOW DOWN!!!!!!!!"
———
Eventually, they finally got to their classroom, and Kokoa got to learn that the person's name is Akari Okugawa. Now she's familiar to the video editor.

Akari is a popular journalist, so it's no surprise she got the title as Ultimate Journalist around here. Kokoa silently questioned to herself why she didn't recognized Akari earlier.

Well, that's something that she'll get the answer of eventually, for now, though--
