The Beach Part Three

Both Eren and Mami were surprised by the sudden appearance of Chizuru as Armin and Mikasa were walking by. "C-Chizuru!?" Armin said surprised as Mikasa looked at the brunette. "She's Chizuru?" Mikasa asked. "Yeah, she's Eren's friend" Armin told her as he and Mikasa walked up to them. "I'm surprised she came. I thought you said she had other stuff to do, Eren" Armin said to his best friend. 

That made Chizuru nervous until Eren simply said "She was visiting family." Chizuru turn to Eren and saw how calm he looked. "You see, Chizuru was born around here and she was handling some family business. Luckily she had some spare time so she came to visit us" Eren explained. Chizuru was amaze by Eren's improvising skills as she didn't think the boy could be so quick to think of something in a situation like this.

"Oh, is that true Chizuru?" Armin asked as Chizuru quickly turn to the blond hair boy. "Um, yeah" Chizuru told him with a smile. "Maybe you can show us around if you have the time" Mikasa suggested. "Um, maybe" Chizuru told her. "What were you two just doing?" Armin asked. "Oh, these two were talking in the restroom" Mami told them as Eren and Chizuru froze. "T-Talking? In the restroom?" Mikasa said as it seem a shadow aura appear around her.

"Tell me, what were you two talking about in the restroom?" Mikasa asked as Chizuru was afraid of the girl's aura. "Some advice on her family issues. Her parents are having some money trouble and I was just giving her some advice on how to solve it" Eren told her. "Really?" Mikasa said as she cross her arms on her chest. "It's true, I promise" Eren told her. As the two were talking, Mami was looking at Chizuru's chest. She realized the brunette had a bigger chest than her so she immediately pulled up her jacket.

"What luck! I wanted to apologize to you, anyway. I'm sorry" Mami told Chizuru. "It's all right, I kind of forget what happen" Chizuru said to her. The two girls turn to see that Eren had successfully convince Mikasa that nothing happened between him and Chizuru in the restroom. "Now that we settle this, we should head back to the beach" Eren said. "Good idea!" Armin said. "Hang on, I need to make a phone call" Mami told the group.

She left and went behind a building where she took out her phone. She started typing in her phone as she didn't look too happy about Chizuru being here.

"You'd seriously bring her after what happen? Good to see you again my ass! I NEVER wanted to see you again. People like her should just die."

Two guys appeared and started heading towards Mami. "Oh, hey. You're cute. Are you alone?" one of the guys asked but then stopped when he saw Mami's dead eyes. "Uh, sorry! Never mind!" he told her as he and his friend walked away. After Mami just continue to type in her phone. As Eren and his friends were walking to the beach, Chizuru poke his arm. Eren turn to her as she then whisper "Make up some excuse so I can leave." 

"I'll try, but I don't know if they'll be convince" Eren told her. "Anything could work, just tell them so I can go back to my friends" Chizuru whisper. "What are you two talking about?" a voice said behind them as they turn to see it was Mami who'd just caught up to the group. "Um, nothing. Just how the weather is so nice" Chizuru told her. Mami just smile at her as the group got back to the beach.

After explaining on how they met up with Chizuru, everyone was hanging out with each other. Chizuru was being asked a lot  questions, which luckily for her, Eren was able to answer for her. Chizuru appreciated Eren's effort in making sure no one gets suspicious of the two.  "Eren, you got some sand on your shorts" Chizuru told the boy as he looked down and confirm what she said. "Oh, looks like I do. I'll just go wash them off quickly" Eren said as he headed to the water. 

As Eren went inside the water, he can hear two guys talking about Chizuru. "Who's that dark haired girl?" one of them asked. "In the blue swimsuit? Cute!" the other guy said. "And look at that style?" the other guy said. "She an idol?"

"And, I heard that buff guy is her friend" one of the guys said. "Really? I thought they were dating" the other guy said. 'I can hear you two' Eren said in his head. He then look at his friends having a great time as he smile a bit. 'I'm glad they're having fun. Even Chizuru looks like she's enjoying her time' Eren said in his head. He stare at Chizuru as she was laughing and talking to the others. Eren didn't realize it at first, but Chizuru was kind of beautiful.

He blush a bit when he thought of that as he shook his head. 'Nah. Me with someone like Chizuru? That'll never happen' Eren said in his head. "Eren!" someone said behind him as he turn around. "Over here! Over here!" the person said as it was Mami calling out to him. "Mami?" Eren said confuse. "Come here a second! I lost my bracelet around here! The turquoise one" Mami said to him. "Really? I guess I'll help you look for it then" Eren said as he walk over to her and began looking in the water. "Thank you so much! It cost a lot of money!" Mami told him.

The two were looking inside the water and even looking behind some of the rocks, but they couldn't find it. "It's around these rocks, I think! Look for it!" Mami said as she was looking inside the water. "Are you sure?" Eren asked as he had already looked for the bracelet almost everywhere. Mami suddenly slip into Eren's arms as he caught her before asking "Are you ok?"  Mami was all red as she turn to Eren who was confuse on her reaction. "Mami?" the boy said before the unexpected happen. 

Mami went for a kiss.

Her lips were planted on his lips as he was expecting this before Mami wrapped her arms behind his back. On the beach Chizuru was watching the two look for the bracelet until they hid behind the rocks. She was wondering what was going on between those two until someone was calling for her. "Chizuru" Sasha said as the girl turn to her. "Y-Yes, sorry" Chizuru told her. "How'd you became friends with Eren of all people? He's not really the type to talk to a lot of people" Sasha said. "But he's friends with all of you" Chizuru said. "Yeah, but that's because we all knew each other since we were highschoolers. In fact, Armin and Mikasa have known him since they were kids" Connie said. 

"Well, I became friends with him by being the one to talk to him first" Chizuru said. "And, what made you want to talk to him in the first place?" Mikasa asked. "The reason? Well..." Chizuru said as she began thinking  back to all those moments she had with Eren. They were first rental girlfriend and client. The two conveniently began seeing each other after that before deciding on becoming friends. But why did she became friends with him?

"The reason is because... He's such a great guy" Chizuru said with a little red on her face.
