chapter 23

Y/Ns POV

You woke up alone in your bed
'Huh, I could've sworn that kusuo slept here last night...'
You stand up and go to the bathroom to shower and get ready. After that you put on your clothes you sit down on the floor at the coffe table and turn on the TV. You placed a plate of toasts on the table and ate while watching some documentation about nature. Mid way while eating you felt someone teleport next to you

"Where where you?? I was worried"
'I went to london to ask my brother if he could take us home after we pick up Ken from school.'
"First, couldn't you just call him? Second, couldn't we just teleport him aswell?"
'First, I tried but it's hard convincing him so I had to use some tricks. Second, are you sure you want to tell your brother about your, and my,  powers? I mean he doesn't even know we're dating and I bet he has a lot of questions about it. You yourself don't know everything about your powers'
"Yeah you're right... telling him I have a boyfriend is enough drama to tell for one week"

You both looked back at the TV and continued watching the documentary.

"Ku?"
'Hm?'
"Thank you."
'What for?'
"For listening to me yesterday"
'I need to thank you for trusting me enough and opening up to me'

You side hug him and look up at him, smiling
"I'll give you coffee-jelly later"
'I mean, you don't have to but how can I say no?'

In that moment someone knocked on the front door.
You break the hug and stand up to open the door. Infront of you was kusuke
"Ready to go?"

To make things easier, kusuo teleported kusuke and the car to the parking lot of Ken's school. You all waited for almost 10 minutes until you heard the school bell ring. Rushing out the school doors was Kenny
"Y/N!!!"
He hugged you tightly
"I've missed you sooo much!!!"
"I've missed you too, kenny"
You hugged him back and after a minute you both seperated.

"So how was school?" You asked, smiling at him
"It was great! I made many friends and I think the teachers like me!"
"I'm glad you like it"

You, kusuo, kusuke and Ken walked around for a bit and Ken kept talking about how amazing the school was.

You then spotted the sweets shop you, kusuo and kusuke were at last time. You asked if they wanted to go in there again and luckily everyone agreed. You and your brother were at the chocolate section, since you two really liked chocolate, and Ken kept talking about what happend the last few months. Not long after you saw your boyfriend coming your way.

"Y/N?" Kenny asked, turning to you
"Yes, Kenny?"
"Did anything special happen to you while I was gone? I've just kept talking about me and I didn't ask you if anything cool happend"
"Well actually, there is something"
"Really?? Tell me"
"I've got a boyfriend now"
"REALLY?? THATS SO COOL!! WHO IS IT?? DO I KNOW HIM?"

You step backwards to show kusuo, who was standing there.
He turned around and looked at you before looking at Ken. Kusuo just nodded to show that he was the boyfriend.

"Oh.. he?" Ken sounded kinda disappointed
You giggled at how disappointed he looked before you turned to kusuo who was looking a bit angry
'Am I really that hard to love?'
"Sorry.. I just didn't expect Y/N to get together with someone like... you..."
'Ouch?' Kusuo was a bit hurt and confused but he didn't take it to heart

"Anywaysss... do you have something you want?" You break the silence, asking Kenny what he wants from the chocolate section
"I wanna get that!!" Ken points at some chocolate and you take it. After everyone got their stuff you pay and leave the shop.

You all were in the car, on your way home. You and kusuo sit next to each other and kusuke drives.

Kenny looks out the window while eating his chocolate. You just look at him and realize how much you've missed him.
