"One last push child..."the doctor said and then Sanji pushed again and by that time he felt he wanted to collapse but he couldn't hear his second son crying so he looked at Zoro where he could see that Zoro's eyes widened and felt like it was hurt.
"Honey....what's happening?"he asked but Zoro didn't answer.
"Zoro...what happened to Varuna?"he asks again but only the moss head guy just looks at him as if he wanted to cry.
"What is happening?"He asked again but Zoro held his face and kissed his lips.
Then the moss head guy looks back at the doctor and asks.
"Can I revive my son?"that's when Sanji wanted to see Varuna.

A/N PoV

Zoro went to take his child in the arms of the doctor and he then took off his shirt.
He holds his son and then rocks him a little.
"It's okay baby... Daddy's here..just wake up and see me and Mommy....."he said and then he went into Sanji and he saw his husband now crying in a mess...
"Can I hold him?" Sanji asks and then Zoro nods and gives Varuna to Sanji...
Sanji saw that he had his brows but he couldn't see the eyes.
He looks at Zoro and the moss head leans his body on Sanji's abdomen hugs them both keeping a warm temperature to the baby.
"Baby wake up now... Mommy's here and Daddy is always here protecting us..your big brother also..."Sanji said as now his sobbing.
After the doctor cleaned him he then went to see the three as Sanji was holding the baby with no life and the husband hugging them both, she was in awed but sorry for the two that the only alive was the first.
"I'm so sorry child but the baby is already dead..."
"No..he can't be dead...he's just sleeping.... c'mon Varuna... Mommy promise you to keep you healthy."
"I hope you'll understand child.."the doctor said again but he didn't even give up.
"No...I promise my kids..they won't suffer into this..."
"Child...your son has a low physical health which I think he can't endure it as the moment he feel something that may seem triggered it."
"No....Varuna sweetheart.."
"Sanji...just give up honey...we can't revive him.."Zoro now spoke...which it is Sanji's weakness.
"You didn't even care about Varuna...?"he ask his husband.
"No...I care that's why I volunteer to revive him...I wish I can revive him....I promise it..."when Zoro said it a loud cry shock them all...
Sanji look at Varuna which now crying so hard.
The doctors immediately respond to it which is now a big miracle to them..
Varuna is alive but they put him in a vacuum and attach him an oxygen so that he can easily to breathe.
"My..my baby is alive.."Sanji said as he clasp his hands on his mouth with so much joy.
"Yeah...he's alive Sanji.."Zoro said and hug him tight.

 
Three days after*

Zoro*

After Sanji's labor we are now back at the estate and I help him with all the baby stuff.
When he breast feeds them I first hold Varuna and he gives milk to Kaitaru and after that he alternates them.
"Can I taste it also?"I tease him but he then slaps my shoulder."
"Stop saying that in front of your children."he said and giggled.
"Honey...look at Varuna...he has a curly brow and a blue eyes like mine but has a moss head."I said and chuckled.
"Yeah..these two are your copies."he answer and kiss Kaitaru's nose.
"I'm happy to have them...Daddy promise the both you to be protected,and Kaitaru promise me to take care of your brother,maybe he is not as healthy as you but I'm sure he'll be as stronger as you... promise me that you'll never leave him, because I promise I will make you,your brother and your mother to be happy and not to suffer anymore."I said and kiss his forehead.
"Yeah I promise too.... Kaitaru take care of your little brother because the two of you are my miracle....I can't have you both if it's not because of your daddy...so get well soon Varuna...let the pain go.."Sanji said as tears run down on his cheeks.... every time we talk to our children I always notice he is crying, he didn't want his kids to suffer as for Varuna he has a low physical health..and I can't even understand why but I hope he gets well soon.
