-tech is very primitive
-eat monsters and you turn into one
-monsters also just randomly spawn into existence
-Briar's powers require physical and mental strength. the two things Briar doesn't have.
-Briar hates herself
-you can choose who you call family. those and biological family can remember the deleted
-leads to some awkward moments( like suddenly knowing who your half sibling is/are)
-juice boxes exist, just without straws
