Rui Hachimura and Yuta Watanabe: The Romance and the bundle

Chapter Eleven

*Wedding dress shopping in Tokyo*
Tokyo, Japan,
11:00am,

Rui and the rest of the family and friends were at downtown Tokyo to do a wedding dress shopping since he is getting married to his childhood sweetheart on September before the NBA preseason and seasons start. Since Rui is trying on a wedding dress, he has a tall frame and he needs to know which type of wedding dress he could try on.

Amina: If you plan to try on the wedding dress, I'd suggest you could do an alternative.

Rui Hachimura: sis I have no idea what you're talking about.

Amina: What? I'm just saying.

Yuki: Amina really?

Amina: I'm just making a point because remember the times we were kids and we had to attend the wedding of Mommy's friend?

Yuki: Oh yeah.

Allen Hachimura: okay let's get this bread started.

They entered the wedding store and Rui wanted to try on the dresses on which he could wear for the wedding.

Wedding Dress #1: A-Line

"How do I look?" Rui shows up from the dressing room. "Oh my goodness! That looks like the dress comes from Cinderella movie," Amina said. "What do you think guys?"

Yuki: they're lovely.

Yuta Watanabe: you look gorgeous in that babe.

Rui Hachimura: thank you darling.

Allen Hachimura: it's good.

Rui Hachimura: what do you think mom?

Makiko: Wow that's great!

Zakari: It looks lovely on you.

Wedding dress #2: Tea length

Rui tries on the other dress.

Makiko: wait a minute! That looks like my dress isn't it?

Rui Hachimura: How did you know?

Makiko: I recognize that wedding dress before.

Rui Hachimura: Oh right!

Amina: Mommy wore that on her wedding day.

Rui Hachimura: yeah but the skirt part is above my knees.

Yuki: I can tell, you're 6'8"

Rui Hachimura: correct.

Wedding dress #3: The Ball gown

Rui tries on the ball gown. Although, they preferred the Wedding dress #1 or #2 since the #2 was the one that his mother had recognized. So he got the feedback from his family. "I think we like the 1 and 2 better," They said. Rui understands what the family meant. "Okay, I'll take that as a yes then,"

He returns to the dressing room to pick which dress he's going to wear. Yet, it was the tea length dress that he picked that his mom wore on the wedding day. In some ways, the skirt part was below his knee since he's very tall and the A-Line part on the top has the lace. "That looks beautiful," Yuta's eyes beamed with joy. "T-Thanks Hon," Rui said as the tears were pouring down his cheeks.

Amina: Rui are you crying?

Yuki: What's going on?

Rui Hachimura: oh it's nothing Yuki, this is the beautiful dress that mommy wore on her wedding day.

Even his mom was tearing up too seeing Rui wear the same dress as his mother. "You look so gorgeous in that son," The rest of the family paid for the wedding dress and yet, they will go to the alterations to adjust the skirt and the top. The fashion designer will add the lace below the knees to make the dress more stand out also the ribbon with the cherry blossom on the back. Thus, the sandals will be bought by Rui from Macy's.

*Bridal Shower*
Las Vegas, Nevada
3:00pm,

The fans were attending the bridal shower of Rui Hachimura in Bellagio Las Vegas and yet, it had the banner that says soon to be Mr. Watanabe. They were handing him lots of presents. Thus, he and his siblings were partying at the ballroom while they were celebrating the bridal shower of their brother. Yuki, the sister of Yuta Watanabe was there with the siblings, so were the Hachimura and the Watanabe family.

"I'm so amazed on how you got there Rui," The fan said. "You, your siblings, Yuki and your fiancé Yuta were growing up together?" "Yes," He nodded. "The Watanabe family introduced Yuta to me when I was a little boy," "That is why I have chosen Yuta as the love of my life," "Wow and congratulations! I am looking forward to attend your wedding," After interacting with the fans, the siblings were enjoying each other's company as Amina was having the conversation with Rui.

Amina: You know Rui if we were to go back in time, we would be able to feel like kids again just like we did when we enjoyed our childhood together with Allen, Yuta and Yuki.

Rui Hachimura: I know and time flies.

Amina: now you're going to be a wife and you're much taller.

Rui Hachimura: Oh sis... 🥹.

Yuki: what are you waiting for? Let's have some fun.

The siblings were partying on the dance floor alongside Yuta Watanabe's sister. In fact, they have the best time of their lives from kids to now an adult and the fans were looking forward to attend the wedding of Rui and Yuta. Although, they will start the Japanese Traditional wedding at the shrine and then the modern Japanese Wedding on the next day. Yet, Rui's Kimono is set in the hotel room near the Shinto Shrine next to the Tea length wedding dress for the modern day Japanese Wedding.

(Note: I don't know how the Japanese wedding works so I'm going to watch the Japanese Traditional wedding on YouTube so that I can get the idea 😅😅).
