This guy is radioactive as fucc His name Polon, from the radioactive element Polonium, but he refers to being called Phil. He should be like 40 years old but is as hyperactive and chaotic as a 8 year old- Also destroys most of the things he sees. He changes color of his skin according to how he feels, Red is Anger, Yellow is Exitement and Blue is Sadness, but those are strong feelings. Usually hes in a shade of toxic green. He also gives out a acid goo thats, surprise surprise, radioactive. It melts like everything.
I honestly wonder how would a meet with Aliena go- DAHILA GET OVER HERE-
