Remembering Sunday

Shard's POV

"Shard..." Silver's voice came. I opened my eyes to see the doctor standing there. he motioned for me to walk with him.

"yeah?" I asked once in the hallway. it had been a week and Silver still wasn't better. in fact, she was worse.

"we need you to make the choice... either pull the plug, or she will be suffering." he said. my face fell and I started to cry.

"C-can I talk to her about it?" he nodded and I turned around.

"if you do, she'll have less than a.day left." I ignored.him and walked into her room.

"what did he want?" she asked. I broke down and cried.

"Silver, they said.... I should p-pull the plug o-on you..." I said quietly.

"I knew this would happen..." she grabbed my hand. "I think its best... im in alot of pain here..."

"what about Davey! and all of us!" I was hysterical by now.

"im not getting any better anyway. it'll happen no matter what." she said. I had no reply. "call Davey and everyone else so I can see them one last time."

"Davey, you know I really love you." she said to the sobbing man. he simply nodded.

"Y'know, Silv, your not a bitch like you seemed at first. your actually pretty amazing." Jayy said. she smiled at him.

"and your not the faggot I made you out to be." she replied. we all talked and said our few goodbyes, knowing Silver had only a few minutes left.

"guys... I want you all to know I live you guys more than anything. your the best family anyone could ask for. I am so glad to kn-" she stopped talking and just laid there. the world stopped momentarily. she was still breathing, but just bearly.

"I think its time for us to go..." Jake said. Everyone hugged her. Davey, Dahvie, Jayy, Jinxx, Jake, CC, Ashley, Andy, Frankie, Ben, Eric, and Needlz. (A/N Needlz Eric Frankie and Ben are from Davey Suicide if you didn't know).

"Shard... you stay here." Davey said. I simply nodded and held Silvers hand.

"I'll say hi to mommy and daddy for you..." she rasped out. "C-can you sing for me?" I nodded.

" He woke up from dreaming and put on his shoes Started making his way past 2 in the morning He hasn't been sober for days

Leaning now into the breeze Remembering Sunday, he falls to his knees They had breakfast together But two eggs don't last Like the feeling of what he needs

Now this place seems familiar to him She pulled on his hand with a devilish grin She led him upstairs, she led him upstairs Left him dying to get in

Forgive me, I'm trying to find My calling, I'm calling at night I don't mean to be a bother, But have you seen this girl? She's been running through my dreams And it's driving me crazy, it seems I'm going to ask her to marry me

Even though she doesn't believe in love, He's determined to call her bluff Who could deny these butterflies? They're filling his gut

Waking the neighbors, unfamiliar faces He pleads though he tries But he's only denied Now he's dying to get inside

The neighbors said she moved away Funny how it rained all day I didn't think much of it then But it's starting to all make sense Oh, I can see now that all of these clouds Are following me in my desperate endeavor To find my whoever, wherever she may be

"I love you, Sharlotte." she said and let her eyelids shut.

She was gone...
