Garden of Aeternus

It was all by chance, as if the very stars aligned for this very moment in time. Gladiolus had never seen anything so precious like Daisy. He was unable to understand the feeling, but he knew. He knew that he had to be with Daisy, as if a stronger force was pulling his soul towards her.

Gladiolus knew she was in a different world from his own. Yet, Gladiolus did not want to simply give in. He reaches out to Daisy, reaching out to that other world. As days passed, Gladiolus and Daisy almost instantly fall in love, as if the universe itself had intended for this.

In time, Gladiolus and Daisy decided that they could create their own little world in between their two worlds. Gladiolus promised Daisy that someday, he would leave his world to go to hers. The two were undeniably happy. Together, they roamed the fields of grass, they bathed in the lakes together, and they climbed the highest mountains together.

Eventually, Gladiolus and Daisy built a home together in their newfound world. Simply watching Daisy smile was enough for Gladiolus to feel content. He grabbed her hand, and asked her to follow him. Within the home that they had built together, the two began to grow their own garden.  A garden that only the two of them would know of.

As they tended to the new garden, the two laughed, holding each other tightly, and vowing to never let each other go. Daisy was such a caring, endearing soul. This gave Gladiolus all that he could ever ask for. He could not ask for anything more. Daisy could not want for anything more either. Everything the two could ever want existed within their special world.

As the sun set each day, the two would have to return to their own worlds for a time. But they swore to each other they would come back to their special world everyday. This special world they called their home.

Even if Daisy was in another world, Gladiolus was happy they could meet in their garden everyday. Gladiolus was simply overjoyed, and he swore from then on that he would always be by Daisy's side.

One day when they meet in their garden again, they notice their first set of flowers had grown and bloomed. The beautiful flowers that had bloomed within their garden were lilies. Gladiolus and Daisy held each other tightly, embracing their new life together, embracing the birth of their love in front of the lilies.
