Bani, Veer and Rehan, entered the room and Bani gently laid Rehan on the bed and gestured veer to sit too. Veer obliged and Bani smiled. With a sigh, she explained all the things which happened and the possible story which she weaved out and Veer heard it very patiently and calmly.
"Miscarriage?" Veer exclaimed in surprise and Bani nodded feeling a bit heavy. Whatever may it be, it was definitely a difficult task to endure the loss of a baby. She knew that the memories of the lost child is gonna haunt Akshara forever, and there was no cure to it.
"It was twins and one survived.. Don't know how she lost the other but something surely happened and trust me, my inner self is so sure that Akshara is not at fault. And you know na veer my.." Bani was desperately trying to explain her points to veer and he smiled.
"That My sweetheart's Intuitions are never wrong ! I know gharwali!" Veer completed Bani's sentence proudly and Bani gazed him in awe. It has been 3 years to their marriage and till the very point, the understanding and mature nature of Veer helped And soothed Bani a lot and she admired Veer, beyond measure for that.
"You mean she is having a singhania background too?" Veer asked again once he felt Bani finished all her narrations and she nodded her head.
"Haa.. I asked pappa and he said that the relation between both the branches is so distant that they are considered as different families only. But the origin is still the same. You two have a distant relation..." Bani said and veer nodded. He looked at Bani and observed the way she was saying things. Veer never wanted words to understand what exactly was going inside Bani's head.
"So you want her to be with us na.." veer asked with a smile and Bani nodded. Veer noticed the care and concern that sparkled in her orbs when she spoke about Akshara and he couldn't stop himself from Admiring his wife's soft side.
"Done! Sorry sweetheart I created an awkward atmosphere down there..." Veer made a stupid face and pulled bani to his arms and she chuckled.
"It's absolutely fine veer.." Bani said and smiled at him, making veer happy too.
"Shh... Don't make too much sound for god's sake Veer" Bani said, stopping veer in the midway as he was gonna say something in a loud voice and pointed to Rehan who was peacefully sleeping, clutching a teddy bear.
Veer nodded and slowly tiptoed out of the room, pulling Bani with him. As soon as they stepped out Bani got a call and she made an apologetic face and attended it when Veer gestured, her to do so. Her expressions dropped and she looked at veer making a sad face when he asked her what the matter was.
"It was sneha. She won't be available from tomorrow and so asked if she could meet me ? Also I can collect the file which we are here for." Bani said and veer smiled. It was for some document correction regarding the new land Veer had purchased in Udaipur, vani and Rehan came there, from Mumbai. Bani's one old friend namad Sneha, handled the formalities and now the documents were all set and controversy free. She wanted to meet Bani once before they went back and so asked if she could meet her today.
