After Heeseung and Sunghoon changed clothes, they went downstairs to join their friends.

"So, what are you two feeling right now?" Jay asked. They're eating right now at the dining.

"I can't explain, I'm just too happy" Sunghoon answered.

"I don't know. I'm so happy, I don't know how I'll explain it by words" Heeseung answered.

"I'm so happy for the two of you. I hope you guys will have a happy married life"

"We will definitely have the happiest married life ever. Well, I hope"

"I don't know what to say but– my only advice is that, if ever you two have an misunderstanding, do fix it immediately"

"Yeah, no worries! Heeseung and I already know what to do, but I'll make sure that we'll avoid misunderstanding each other at all costs"

"Well, it's good that you know what to do. I'm pretty sure that your relationship is balanced, right? No one's under"

"Well, Heeseung is–"

"Not that type of under, Park Sunghoon" Jay cut him off, already knowing what Sunghoon is about to say.

"What I mean is that, no one is like, not only one of you gets to decide for your relationship. It must be the two of you, not only one"

"Oh, that? Of course, it's balanced"

"But I really feel like you're under tho" Minsu pointed at Sunghoon using his chopsticks. Sunghoon scoffed while Heeseung giggled.

"I'm not under, shut it"

"Really?" Heeseung asked. Sunghoon pursed his lips.

"Yep, he's definitely under" Jay nodded a few times.

"Whatever"

The five of them continued eating while they're talking about the newlyweds and cracking up some jokes.

After eating, Minsu volunteered to wash the dishes. Heeseung told him that he'll help but Minsu said no and told Heeseung to rest instead and enjoy this day without doing any work.

Sunghoon and Jay are talking about some stuffs while Heeseung is quietly sitting beside Sunghoon and playing with his husband's hand. His eyes wandered around the living room and stopped when he saw Jake outside, in front of the pool.

"Hoon, I'll go out for a bit" Heeseung said.

"Where are you going?" Sunghoon asked with his brows furrowed, obviously doesn't want Heeseung to move away from him. Heeseung giggled.

"I'm going to talk to Jake, love" Heeseung said. Jay and Sunghoon looked at each other. Jay nodded so Sunghoon looked back at Heeseung.

"Okay, love. Take your time" Sunghoon kissed Heeseung's temple. Heeseung then finally let go of Sunghoon's hand.

Heeseung walked out of the house. He approached Jake and sat beside him.

"O-oh, hey" Jake greeted. Heeseung smiled.

"Hey" Heeseung greeted back. Jake cleared his throat.

"C-congrats on your wedding.."

"Mhm, thank you, Jake"

"Can we... can we talk right now?" Jake asked. Heeseung hummed, acting like he's thinking.

"Just going to.. clear things out" Jake added. Heeseung just nodded so Jake decided to talk.

"I'm sorry for acting like that. And I'm sorry if I disrespected Sunghoon in any way" Jake started. Heeseung just listened to him attentively, giving Jake the chance to explain his side. Jake took Heeseung's hand as he talked.

"I just.. I like you, okay? And having the idea of you marrying a guy you're not even familiar with just triggers me. I acted like I don't care, but when I noticed that you're starting to fall in-love with Sunghoon.. I just– I got jealous. So I tried to badmouth Sunghoon, thinking that I can still change your mind, that I can still make you want me. But that didn't happen. I lost you, our friendship, because of my dumb actions. Heeseung, babes, I'm really really sorry. It's fine with me if our relationship with each other won't be the same as before but just.. accept my apology. Mhm?" Jake finally let his emotions out, tears streaming down his face. Heeseung was left dumbfounded.

When Heeseung didn't respond, Jake stood up, went in front of Heeseung, and kneeled.

"Heeseung, I'm sorry. Please forgive me" Jake said and rested his head on Heeseung's knee, begging for forgiveness.

"J-Jake, no– stand up!"

"No! I won't stop begging you until you forgive me"

"I forgive you, okay? Stop crying now, it hurts me" Heeseung lifted Jake's head up and wiped his tears.

"You're still my bestfriend, okay? We will go back to what we were before. Stand up, please" Heeseung pleaded. Jake stood up and sat beside Heeseung this time. Heeseung immediately embraced his bestfriend.

On the other side.

Jay and Sunghoon heard everything. Because when Heeseung left the living room, the two decided to follow just in case things get out of hand.

"You still love Jake?" Sunghoon asked. They're now at the kitchen. They're both sitting on the high chair and drinking beer.

"Of course" Jay let out a painful smile.

"You're dumb" Sunghoon pointed out. Jay chuckled.

"What should I do, then? I love him"

"Huh, love ay first fuck"

"Dumbass, no! Love ay first sight, I guess. Cliché but true"

"You're so ew. But are you really sure about Jake tho?"

"Yes, I am. I am very sure of my baby. I'll do anything for him. I'll treat him right, make him fall in-love with me. I won't give up on him, Hoon. I can't"

"If you say so. Just tell me if you need some help, I'm always here, yeah?"

"Yeah, thanks. But I want to do this myself. But.. can you give me some tips though? I'm pretty sure you did stuffs for Heeseung to fall in-love with you"

"Oh, dude, no one do it like Park Sunghoon. My baby just fell in-love with me right after seeing my handsome face"

"Damn, dude, the confidence" Jay laughed, making Sunghoon laugh as well.

The day went by smoothly. Heeseung and Jake managed to have a little bond together with Minsu while Jay and Sunghoon did a heart-to-heart talk in the kitchen while drinking beers.

I can't stop laughing lmao someone really thought that this story ended already 😭. It's not yet the end y'all. If you're really a reader of mine, you'll know what I always do. Upload a chapter and ghost y'all for months then come back like nothing happened HAHAHAHA. But dw! It's not yet the end for this story.
