Bunny Deku (COMPLETED)

Comfort

~~~continuation from the last chapter~~~

[Uraraka]: "How did you get injured?" This time she asked an open ended question to see how he would respond to her.

Izuku looked around and his eyes widened when he saw a tiny toy car on the ground. He jumped down, almost landing on his face and booped the car with his nose.

[Uraraka]: "Mind my french, but holy shit... you're so intelligent!" She gasped and crouched down. 

[Uraraka]: "So... you got hit by a car? Poor thing..." She sat down and pet his little head.

[Uraraka]: "I'm kind of glad Todoroki came by to let me have you for a bit. You're the only thing that's made me smile in the past couple days. You see, my friend is missing right now... I'm just really worried about him. I really miss him too. This class isn't the same without him." She sighed sadly and leaned against her bed.

Izuku's ears flattened with sadness, seeing even more how much his disappearance has affected everyone, especially Uraraka. He hopped onto her lap and looked up at her. She started crying a little, and he reached up with his tiny paws to wipe away one of the tears.

[Uraraka]: "Thank you..." She petted the side of his face with one of her hands while her other hand wiped away the other tears.

Uraraka picked him up and kissed him on the nose *kind of as another thank you, but she had no idea that she just broke Izuku lmao*. When she set him back down on her lap, he just stayed on his back and didn't move.

[Uraraka]: "Oh shoot! Are you ok little guy?" She poked his chest floof and he just glanced back at her, only to look away again a moment later.

[Uraraka]: "Can you squeak or something? Please?" She held him up again.

Izuku nodded slowly, his whole face burning red *blushing* underneath his fur.

[Uraraka]: "Ok good. I wonder if kissing animals on the nose bothers them... probably shouldn't do that again." She chuckled and set him back down.

It was close to sunset again, and Uraraka decided to keep the bunny in her room still. She didn't know what to do with it anyway. It couldn't go back into the wild yet, and she didn't know if it belonged to Koda originally.

She slowly fell asleep and Izuku was curled up by her head, fast asleep as well. The next morning, Uraraka woke up to the bunny's face right in front of her and wasn't as startled as she thought she'd be. She sat up quietly and started petting its head.

[Uraraka]: "How are you even cuter when you're asleep..." She whispered to herself with a smile.

Izuku woke up feeling his head being pet, and had totally forgotten that he was in Uraraka's room for a few seconds until he glanced up at her. He blushed again, his ears flattened against his head.

[Uraraka]: "I should probably give you back to Koda shouldn't I... whether or not you're his. He knows how to take care of animals better than me." She said sadly. 

[Izuku]: "I'll find a way to change back as soon as I can... don't worry." He put his paw on her hand without thinking.

Uraraka sensed a strong conviction coming from the tiny bunny, and wondered if it was trying to tell her something. But she was too tired to dwell on it. Instead she picked him up and walked out of her room to the elevator. She pressed the button for the 4th floor, but when it opened, Bakugo was standing right there in front of them. Izuku shrieked and jumped right of her hands, skidding right past Bakugo.

[Bakugo]: "SERIOUSLY ROUND FACE?! IT'S LIKE EVERYONE IN THIS GODDAMN PLACE WANTS THIS BUNNY TO HAVE A DEATH WISH." He growled angrily and ran off to catch the bunny.

[Uraraka]: "Wait! Don't hurt him!" She gasped and went after them both.

Bakugo easily caught up to the bunny, but since he was bouncing off the walls *literally* It took a couple moments for him to catch him.

[Bakugo]: "FUCKING BRAT! I FINALLY CAUGHT YOU! YOU'RE JUST AS ANNOYING AS THAT SHITTY NERD!" He screamed in his face.

Izuku covered his eyes with his paws out of fear that he was going to get blasted.

[Uraraka]: "Bakugo! Let him go! He didn't do anything! Look how scared he is of you!" She yelled.

[Bakugo]: "I don't fucking care round face! Animals shouldn't fucking be in here!" He scoffed angrily, choosing to ignore her point of view.

[Uraraka]: "Just give him back! I'll give him to Koda and make sure you never see him again, ok?" She was kind of desperate now, since Bakugou can be unpredictable sometimes.

Before responding, Bakugou looked down angrily at the bunny and stared at its eyes. They seemed familiar in an annoying way, which made him more irritated.

[Bakugo]: "Just take the damn thing out of my sight." He tossed the bunny roughly at her (she barely caught him), and took one more glance at the bunny before walking off.

While Bakugo was walking off, he had a strange hunch about the bunny. Just looking at him made him feel annoyed in a familiar way, and the green eyes really pissed him off. He planned to take the bunny somehow later on.

Meanwhile, Uraraka continued walking to Koda's dorm to give the trembling bunny back to him.

[Uraraka]: "You really don't like Bakugo, huh? I guess nobody really does, but we still care about him." She chuckled and knocked on Koda's door.

Koda opened the door and was surprised to see the bunny again since he thought someone might've set it loose by now.

[Uraraka]: "Was this little guy yours?" She asked and held out the bunny towards him.

Koda nodded with a small smile and gently took the bunny back from her.

[Uraraka]: "Poor bunny, he got tossed around all day yesterday. And I figured out that he got hit by a car too! He's a very intelligent bunny. I wouldn't set him free for a while." She smiled and kissed the bunny on the head.

Izuku's brain stopped working again and his face reverted back to a tomato.

[Uraraka]: "Oh shoot, I did it again! Koda, make sure not to kiss the little guy, it's almost as if his brain stops working for a few seconds." She laughed a little and Koda smiled even more but was also concerned.

[Uraraka]: "Anyway, I'm going to go ask Aizawa if there's been an update on finding Midoriya-kun. All they know so far from what I've heard is that the villain they caught was definitely responsible for his disappearance." Her smile faded a little when she waved goodbye and walked away.

Izuku reached a paw out towards her but the door closed in front of him. Koda looked down at him and sighed with relief.

[Koda]: "Don't run off again... okay?" He whispered and set him down on the bean bag chair.

Izuku looked up at him with his large green eyes and nodded. He was too tired to run away anyways.
