He said you could try and when you went over to him you placed your hand on his heart and and chanted some words. The whole mansion went into a bright light and when it dimmed he had a smile on his now healed face.
The hashira's POV:

Tomioka- sanemi wait we don't know who it is? :grabs his hand:

You come out of the masters mansion and you get swords up against your neck. You freeze In place. The master comes out all healed, they were so surprised that sanemi grabbed your arms and legs, tying them up. Rengoku looks at you with a slight blush on his face.
