"Chrysalis is a process in which caterpillars and others of the same go through in order to finish its evolution. Humans have since we have been able to recall have been doing a similar process under the same name. However, humans only go through chrysalis during stressing conditions and near-death experiences. They develop abilities during their cocooning stage from the negative energy built in with the stress. Chrysalis is a very common occurrence however it is a very demanding process costing their very being in order to form the cocoon. Due to this and the great killing of Outbreak the population has been a steep decline. Outbreak doing as much as possible to stop humans finishing the evolution process. The ones who are lucky to emerge from a cocoon acquire unmatched abilities. Sustaining abilities unique to each of them. They are stronger than any athlete and stamina to match the insane speeds they are called Zeplins. Studying is something of a problem when analyzing them. The reason is that each Zeplin's body will be different than the last. While some similarities are apparent, they are changed on a biological level to suit their powers and technically are not human anymore.
Some have chosen a life of crime, and some have to assist our organization. We here at C.A.L.M(Contain Alert Learn and Manufacture) are here to assist humanity in in walk to a better world by hunting down criminals and assisting the government in getting rid of Outbreak. We are the lead research company of Zeplin's and are trying to recruit them. We here are trying to study the nature of how the ex-humans evolved using the negative energy and apply it to a serum or temporary drug. In order to give us a fighting chance and a hands-on approach to fight them fist to fist. Unfortunately, the way in order we do things is the entire word of corrupt. We operate like how our past scientist did in our early stages of revelations. Children are put into high stress environments similar to those of all ages. We are not doing this for the justice of the world, we are doing this to survive the plague that has slithered its way into our country and drenched our earth in blood. We do it cause we must NOW SWALLOW YOUR FEARS AND SHOW YOUR CONVICTION FOR THE ONLY WAY TO VICTORY IS A BLOODY ONE AND WE ARE THE BACKBONE OF THIS MARCH! WE ARE FACING ANOTHER GREAT WIPE OF OUR SPECIES SO SWALLOW THE GUILT THAT WILL TORMENT YOU AND SHIT IT OUT FOR WE CANNOT FALTER FOR WE MUST CONTINUE THIS RESEARCH FOR THE GREATER OF OUR PROLONGED EXTINCTION! The projector turns off as the cheers of the crowd are excited at the sheer dedication the lead scientist of the new Zeplin X project showed to the audience for her speech. A huge cinema used for the meeting for the project launch and the vast number of seats filled. As the scientist is walking of into the background of the stage, she is handed a tablet with a high school showing the most suitable and capable to be the first subjects.
