It's been weeks since the incident happened, and now I'm in the hospital bed while the nurse changes my bandages. After a while, a familiar 'kid' walked in.

"MOMMAAAAAAAAAA!! i'm back! i also bought coke and some candy~"

i sighed as i patted her head and leaned back on the stacked up pillows behind me and took one of the candies she bought with her, she onlypouted in response and took a chair and pulled it beside my bed and sat on it.

she then laid her hed on my open palm and kissed it, i chuckled at her expression and patted her head again.

"now now, don't pout you silly rabbit.."

she huffed and puffed her cheeks and looked up to me.

"you have a lot of bandages..., if only i was there to save you..."

i saw the anger in her eyes as i saw her clench her hand in a tight fist.

"no. i hate the old hag of a mother of yours. HOW COULD YOU EVEN BE SO CALM?! YOU ALMOST DIED FOR GOD'S SAKE!!" 

she screamed out as she looked at me. her eyes tearing up..., i reached out a hand to her face and carress her cheek.

"still, that doesn't mean you could scream and scold me"

 laughed softly and wiped her tears, she only puffed out her cheks once again and pulled away from my touch and went back to laying her head on the mattress.

i then got a call from ren

"KYO! I think i just saw your ex-bestfriend!"

"so uhhh, i went out for a walk because i wanted to find where to buy water...AND i found a little girl lost, so i helped her-"

"well, i helped the little girl and a saw a girl in a room with bandages wrapped around her arms and neck-"

"wait WHAT?! what do you mean?"

"i was just about to get to that kyo!, she thanked me and i left, i asked a nurse on what happened to her, it turns out that her mother hitted her repeatedly with a metal trophy until a neighboor called the cops because of noise complain and some screams coming from a house–"

Kyo arrived at the same hospital where they had been a week earlier and asked the receptionist what room a girl named Y/N Hanamori was in.

After the woman responded, he hurried to the hallways, ran into someone on the way, apologized, and went to the room he was instructed to go to. When he arrived and entered, he discovered that she was sleeping with bandages around her arms and neck.
