Thunder and The House of Magic

Visiting Lawrence

at the hospital thunder and snow climbed a tree to a window ledge, snow's paw is still injured but she's starting to climb trees a bit better, the kids that saw them in Lawrence's performance notice them

guys there are two cats outside said a girl with a stuffed bunny 

thunder tried to jump to the next ledge but he missed and fell onto another window ledge 

thunder you ok asked snow worriedly 

yeah said thunder

then he heard Lawrence's voice and he peaked into the open window and he saw Lawrence talking to two kids, Izzy and Dylan 

come down snow i found Lawrence's room 

really?! asked snow excitedly

then she jumped down onto the ledge thunder was on and she and thunder peaked in, Izzy noticed them 

look there are two cats on the sill said Izzy as she was shaking Dylan's shoulder and Lawrence adjusted his glasses

oh it's thunder and snow, you little rascals said Lawrence

thunder backed up a little and he looked down, looking sad while snow rubbed her head against his head 

what are you two waiting for come over here said Lawrence 

Izzy opened the window a bit more so the cats can jump down, thunder looked at snow, she nodded and thunder jumped down with snow right behind him 

how long have you had them asked Izzy 

they just showed up at my house a couple days ago, and snow had an injured paw, i don't think they're strays, too clean well behaved, no name tags though said Lawrence 

maybe they're lost said Dylan as he was holding his hand out to pet thunder but he backed away a bit 

abandoned more likely said Lawrence 

that's awful such a cute and pretty cat said Izzy as she pets snow 

tough times nowadays, lots a people losing their houses no way to take care of their pets, come on thunder and snow said Lawrence as he pats his leg 

thunder just backed away and snow was trying to encourage him to follow her to Lawrence's bed 

what's wrong asked Lawrence 

he's afraid of you said Izzy

probably thinks i'm mad at him for what happened, oh it wasn't your fault said Lawrence 

that made thunder happy and he jumped on to Lawrence's bed along with snow 

now let's have a look at that paw said Lawrence and he unwrapped the bandage that was around snow's paw 

it looks like it's all healed now, that's a relief, you can finally run and climb things without limping or being pain said Lawrence as snow was rubbing her head against his cheek

can we keep them asked Dylan 

i'd love to, but you know nurse Baxter said Lawrence 

yeah you're right, she's a mean cookie said Izzy 

oh not really, tough really but not mean, this is a hospital after all, perhaps you guys should go back to the house, keep the others company i've asked Daniel to take care of all of you said Lawrence as he was petting thunder and snow 

thunder was scared and he held onto Lawrence's broken arm and snow arched her back a bit 

no need to worry i'll be back before you know it said Lawrence 

suddenly the sound of the door opening caused thunder and snow to hide behind Izzy and Dylan 

there you two are said nurse Baxter

hmm what are you hiding asked nurse Baxter 

nothing said Dylan as he and Izzy were moving a bit so nurse Baxter doesn't see thunder or snow and Lawrence came up with a little plan to distract nurse Baxter 

step aside said nurse Baxter until she heard a bowl clatter and she looked at Lawrence

whoops chuckled Lawrence

nurse Baxter moved Izzy and Dylan but she didn't see snow or thunder anywhere

hmm strange, you mustn't bother Mr. Lawrence said nurse Baxter 

not at all i enjoyed their company we were about to play a game of cards said Lawrence 

meanwhile outside on the window ledge snow and thunder were hiding on the window ledge away from the window so that nurse Baxter wouldn't see them, they breathed a sigh of relief when nurse baxter didn't notice them in the room or when she didn't find them, thunder jumped from the ledge to a tree, snow quickly ran from her hiding spot from the other side of the window ledge and she also jumped to a tree where thunder was and both cats were making their journey back to the house
