'You'll learn.' That's all he keeps telling me, Alessandro managed to kill Uncle Alexei and Dimitry before I even woke up the morning after I agreed to this stupid shit. I've taken on the Bratava and have all the men staying at the estate training with some of Alessandro's men and of course things have been peaceful since the fall of my sadistic piece of shit uncle but that doesn't mean it's something I wanted... I.. It's just complicated, and the fact that the feelings for Alessandro won't go away just makes things worse. I'm madly in love with my husband, the man who killed my childhood best friend which also happened to be the man I pined over for years and my last live relative who happened to be a cold hearted sack of shit. I hate myself for wanting to be wrapped in his arms again, for craving his cock inside me; my needy cunt isn't satisfied with my fingers anymore. Things were only good for a short while before the war and now.. I have no idea where to stand with him, he's a murderer but then again so am I.. 

I haven't seen him much since all of it went down which may have something to do with me as well. I laid my Uncle Alexei down to rest with the squad of men surrounding us but you can imagine the type of people who were there; most didn't need our protection. It was the sunniest day of the year with a beautiful blue sky littered with fluffy white clouds, I remember thinking about how soft they might be to sit on, how nice it would be to disappear with the rest of my family, and how the Petrov name is left for me to carry on... How do you carry on a name when you've already married the man who killed it to begin with? This agreement we've come to is good for my people, we will be safe and with numbers comes power. Alessandro is as unstable as they come but he has the power to be unstable. A knock on my bedroom door brings me out of my thoughts "Kat?" Maddie calls from the other side "come in." my voice is stern almost unrecognizable. Her brunette locks come peaking behind the door with her following close behind it. 

"Mr. Morettie has requested you in his office." Un fucking believable, he'll send Maddie in to get me instead of walking ten feet to get me himself? "He sent you to come and get me, what has him so busy he couldn't come himself?" she sighs with a pleading look in her eyes "Please go see him, he's making our lives difficult with each little request. He has no sweetness to him when you're not by his side." I feel bad for the employees, when I said it was peaceful here I meant as far as war goes between the families but as far as our living situation, well the staff have had the brunt end of the stick since him and I have been 'separated' "I'll speak to him, thank you Maddie." I breathe offering her a light smile that she returns before heading back out of the room. I take a deep breath in an attempt to calm my racing heart, the heart that's hoping he'll kiss me, he'll pull me close and tell me how miserable he's been without me by his side but then I have my head screaming at my heart to stop hoping for such silly things from a man like him. 

I quietly make my way down the hall to the office doors, stopping dead in my tracks at the sound of a female giggle coming from the opposite end of the door but I dont stop or try to turn back. Instead I walk into the door with my head held high and my heart pounding so hard It's the only thing I can hear now, ready to take in what I'm about to walk into but it doesn't come into view.. Instead the view in front of me makes my heart melt within seconds and the love for Alessandro bloom that much more. " Lilith meet my wife Katerina, Katerina meet Lilith Gio's daughter."  My anger subsides taking in the dark haired little girl in front of me " Hello, it's nice to meet you Ms. Lilith." I whisper as she jumps up from the floor rushing over to me with arms wide engulfing me in a heart smashing hug. "woah" I giggle placing my hand on the top of her head "It's nice to meet you Ms. Kat, uncle Sandro was right. You really are a beautiful!"
