"yes... yes I do... but peeta..." i look up at her an she makes eye contact with me " I think im in love with you peeta..." A soft tear leaves her eye an she says " i've felt this way for about 2 years now peeta an it hurts me to think you may not feel the same way..." im in complete shock.. How in the world could she think that so i just go with my gut an say " i've loved you since we were 10 katniss ". I wipe her tears away with my hands softly an she looks up at me with tears in her eyes an i dont know what came over me but i place a soft kiss on her lips i hear a soft " ooooh " from behind me i turn an see none other than all are friends with smiles on there faces.

* 2 Weeks later*

So its official i am the happiest guy on the planet Katniss Sara Everdeen is my girlfriend now and i cant be any happier.

Katniss's POV *The morning to Before she admits she loves peeta *

as i wake in my bed all i can think of is peeta the way he talks, the way he walks, how sweet , loving , caring , honest , patient he is im deeply an completely in love with him an he doesnt even know it.... but im not right for him. peeta should be with someone better like Delly Cartwright or cashmere not me im way to ugly and manly i mean what other girl do you know that goes hunting and he's better off with a beautiful girly girl who isnt stubborn or plays gut sports like me he NEEDS a girl thats not me.....why me! why must i fall in love with my best friend an he not even know or have a clue how i feel about him. peeta and i have been best friends for forever an if he found out that im in love with him this could change are whole friendship let alone my embarrassment. peeta could never love a girl like me i hate to say it but if i tell him im in love with him are friendship may never be the same...

* In School *

I see peeta bobbing his head to his music in the hallway humming away as he walks past me not noticing me i can hear that he's listening to " Body Language - Usher Ft. Tinashe & Kid Ink ". I walk up behind him at his locker pull one ear bud out an say " Guess who "he smiles an says " satan" i playfully slap him on the shoulder an say " wow peeta an to think your supposed to be my best friend "

* After The Confession *

Katniss's POV

I cant believe i just told peeta that i love him this is going to change everything forever his never gonna wanna talk to me again he's gonna be weird around me now im gonna lose my best friend why did i do this. Tears flow down my cheeks as I wait to hear peeta's reaction and then peeta softly grabs my cheek wiping away my tears and says " I've loved you since I was 10 katniss " and he does the unexpected he kisses me and its like fireworks on the fourth of July and I'm ignited with fire and love. While kissing we hear a "ooo ooh" an we both break apart to see none other than Johanna and all are friends clapping and cheering .
