Ch 5 [Saiki & Kuboyasu's meeting]

By the time my alarm went off, I was hoping I'd still be on the phone with Kaidou. Hearing his soft quiet voice against my ear thru the phone made my heart thump faster by the second. It's like he was whispering in my ear.
I can't wait to see him..
Once I finished freshening up for the day I rushed out of my apartment. I didn't notice I was running down the street until I heard myself panting trying my hardest to catch my breath. Was I really that excited to see him? I felt embarrassed for some reason. I really did want to see him, my heart is beating so fast from the mere thought of picturing his smiling face in my head. I clenched my fist and rested it against my chest as I stopped in my tracks. "Jeez whats with me..?" I whispered. I felt my phone vibrate from the inside of my pocket as I began to pick up my feet. I reached for my phone as I saw the name "Kaidou" pop up on my notification bar. My eyes were so focused on the screen, just staring at his written name on my notifications made me feel so happy.

G'morning, Kuboyasu! I hung up the phone as soon as I woke up, seeing as you was still sleeping >-<

I stared at the message feeling all fuzzy inside but why though? It's not like he said anything special.. I put my phone in my pocket as I began to speed walk to the station, feeling my heart thump faster with each step I took.

I made it to the station 10 minutes early but that's to be expected knowing I left the apartment early.. I put my headphones on as I blasted my music. I let out a big sigh feeling a bit impatient but I wanted to look at something other then my phone for once in a while, I glanced up as I stared at the trees in front of me, seeing the birds fly high in the sky, seeing people walk to work some were even running which was pretty funny to see as some were struggling to hold all their papers in place. A small smile formed on my face as I pulled out my phone, sending Kaidou a message.

"Goodmorning, sorry about the late reply I was walking to the station. Are you already in the train?"

Once I sent that message I turned my phone off, almost placing it back inside my pocket until I felt my phone vibrate in my hand. I tilted my head in confusion. It shouldn't be Kaidou, I just sent that message two seconds ago? I glanced at my notification bar seeing his name. My heart thumped once again.

"Yeah, and Its crowded once again this morning.. Σ(￣□￣;) I made sure to stand in front of the doors so you don't have to struggle to find me! ('ﾟωﾟ｀)"

I laughed softly as I stared at the message he sent. "What a dork." I whispered, still not knowing how to reply. I took my headphones off as soon as I saw the train approaching. I felt myself eagerly excited to see his messy spiky blue hair and his big eyes as well as the red wrappings he has around his hands. The train stopped as I stood first in line in front of the train doors. I saw my reflection as well as Kaido's smiling face staring back at me, I couldn't help but smile back at him as my eyes softened. I walked inside the train trying my best to squeeze in thru the crowd. "You wasn't lying, it is crowded." I hunched over Kaido as his back was placed in front of the doors "Sure is! But besides that, how was your morning? Did'ya eat breakfast?" He smiled as he looked up at me. I tried to avoid eye contact knowing my heart wouldn't be able to take it if I looked him in the eyes. "Ahhh I actually skipped breakfast, I woke up pretty late." Well that's actually a lie but there's no way I'd tell Kaido that. "Did you eat breakfast?" I questioned as I confidently looked him in the eyes with a soft smile on my face. He stayed silent for a second as he stared back at me. "Y-yeah, I ate breakfast, My mother made me eggs and french toast!" Seeing how he stuttered and avoided looking me in the eyes, I could tell he was embarrassed. I couldn't help but laugh in response. Man he's so cute..

We made it to our stop as Kaido and I got off but one person caught my eye. He had pink hair which made him really stand out, I ignored him until I heard Kaido's overly excited kid voice as I watched him run over towards the guy with pink hair.
