He was out looking for a spot of withering that had been progressing ridiculously fast. On the way, Scara looks down on the golden-eyed baby with surprise, and carefully picks it up. he's never had a child before, and doesn't know how to take care of them at all. "Where did you come from?" he asks, but the baby doesn't answer. It's an infant. The wanderer looks with confusion at the infant, wondering what to actually do now. The wanderer stops and stares at a baby, slightly confused. 'What should I do?' He thinks for a couple of minutes. he can't just take off that baby with him... he looks around and sees a village in the distance. he could just give him to the village, after all, this is better than traveling with a suspicious puppet but the baby's crying becomes louder and louder. the wanderer decides to approach the child and tries to calm him... Congratulations, he fell in love with you Platonically. Anyway he went to Nahida to ask questions, he didn't know how to raise a kid.
- He names you.
Scara picks up the baby and starts slowly rocking him, looking straight into his eyes. He tries to think: how can I name the child... The baby begins to whimper, but he is gradually calming down. the wanderer continues to rock him, holding him in his arms... He is suddenly interrupted by nahida's voice, calling his name. She, apparently, is watching from behind the tree.
"D you need help?" She asks, curious about Scara's thought process. He turns around to her. "What exactly am I supposed to do with it?" Nahida looked a little worried about the possible future situations. "Let's start by not calling the child an 'it'. Scara honestly saw nothing wrong with what he said. "Ok, now want am I supposed to do with them?" He looked down at the child, still confused about what it came from. Nahida spoke again. "Well aren't you going to keep them? Why don't you name them." Scara thought some more. He was naturally decisive, but it took a while to think of names. "..... Y/n will do, it doesn't need to be fancy, it just needs to be nice." So yeah...you have a name now.
