Shizu got back from getting food, he had two bags of food on each arm. He found the three of them knocked out, Shizu dropped the food and ran over to them, and took them inside the temple. The next day Shizu walked into the temple with a tub of freezing water. He walked up to Mezu, Rob, and Sun who were sleeping on the floor, and threw freezing cold water on them. Mezu jumped out of bed, Rob was still asleep and Sun was just staring at Shizu with anger, Mezu yelled "AHH WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!!?" while pointing at Shizu. Shizu said, "Get up it's time to train, after that loss yesterday I will train the three of you to make sure that doesn't happen again". Mezu said "We didn't even say yes to being your students," Shizu said "Rob woke up earlier and he told me everything that happened, he said someone in a mask showed up after I left, fought and beat them, and also told them to train for the tournament that's starting in a month". Mezu and Sun both looked at Rob who was still asleep with his mouth open, Sun said "I will do whatever it takes to get stronger, I won't lose like that again," Mezu said "I guess I'll train for the tournament not like I have anything else to do". Shizu said while walking to Rob "I'm going to put the three of you through endless training along with sparring matches to test your strength against each other and me" then Shizu Yelled in Rob's ear and Rob jumped up yelling "IS DINNER READY!?!?". Mezu and Sun burst out laughing.

Shizu said while walking out of the temple"Hurry up and come outside for training. The trio all walked out of the temple after Shizu, Shizu said "We're going to go to a new location for different training exercises, right now we are going to go up to the top of this mountain" Rob yawned and said "What are we gonna do up there??" Shizu said "you'll see when we get there" with a smile on his face, after a while of walking they were about halfway there. Shizu and Rob were farther up, and Sun and Mezu were behind them. Sun looked at Mezu and said"I can't wait to fight that masked guy again, I felt like I could have done better maybe even beaten him" Mezu said "I'm sure you did your best, that masked guy was really strong none of us even hit him" they stopped walking and Sun said "that's what makes me madder there should have been no way that masked man should have beaten us that bad, no matter what I will become stronger and be one of if not the strongest person alive" then Sun ran to catch up with Shizu and Rob.
They finally made it to the top of the mountain, Shizu said you three see this rope that goes from this mountain over to the other mountain? yall are going to walk across the rope and make it to the other side" Rob said "You expect us to walk to the other side of this mountain on a rope across a 4000-meter drop? ARE YOU CRAZY!!??!" Shizu said "This is the first thing you must complete to go to the next training station. Sun said "I'll go first," Both Mezu and Rob said, "ARE YOU MAD!!??!" Shizu said, "That's the spirit Sun, go ahead and show us what you can do". Sun walked up to the rope, took a deep breath, and started walking slowly across the rope. He was walking and lost balance for a second, almost falling off but caught himself. Mezu and Rob were nervous and Shizu didn't feel any when Sun almost fell off. Mezu said to himself "Come on Sun, you got this you're almost there". Sun then took a couple more steps and then started to pick up speed and then in an instant he ran across the rope to the next mountain over. This distance was about 3000 meters. Mezu was relieved that he made it over there safely. Rob was shocked that Sun made it so quickly and Shizu said "See how easy that was, come on you two next". Watching Sun Run Across gave them the confidence to do it next. Mezu was about to walk across the rope next. Shizu then Yelled Mezu wait!

Sun was bunny hopping back, he was showing off saying "This is super easy I don't even see the point of doing this" Then he slipped and Fell off the rope. Everyone was so shocked Mezu and Rob yelled "SUN!!!!" as Sun was falling he gained balance and dug his fingers into the mountain slowing him down enough to break his fall. Sun's fingers and nails were torn almost to shreds, Sun climbed back up the mountain with his broken fingers. Shizu said that was dumb of you, you could have easily lost your life and now your fingers are broken" Sun said "You're right I'm sorry I shouldn't have been showing, I was just trying to impress everyone". Mezu said " you don't have to impress us we already know how strong and talented you are" Sun said " I know and I'm sorry Shizu, I'm going to train as hard as possible" Rob said "Me and Mezu will train just as hard to be just as strong as you" Mezu said "yeah and we all will be rivals". Sun had an intense smile on his face. Shizu said "enough talking you two need to go next" Rob went next. He made it with ease then Mezu went, he was walking across terrified of falling but then he thought about how Sun and Rob made it easily so that gave him the motivation to go across the rope. Mezu started to walk on the rope and about halfway across, Mezu smoothly slid off the rope. Rob and Sun started to Run down the mountain and were prepared to catch Mezu. Mezu then hit a mid-air backflip and grabbed the rope and pulled himself up. Then Mezu made it across the rope. Sun and Rob ran back up the mountain. Rob and Sun then yelled at Mezu for scaring them like that. Mezu laughed and said "Dang you guys can't take a joke"
Sun then hit Mezu on the top of his head then said "DON'T ACT LIKE YOU DIDN'T TAKE THAT ONE TOO FAR!". Mezu said, "Okay okay I won't do it again geez." After that the trio repeated the walk flawlessly another 100 times.It was dark now. The trio was tired and could barely stand, they were all lying on the floor because their legs hurted too much. Shizu then Told the trio to get up and run across the rope 100 more times. The trio was mad and they all yelled, "ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL US OLD MAN!?!?!, WE CAN BARELY STAND WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!" Shizu said, "You three need to stop complaining if you're not dying, you're not training right. How do you all expect to beat that masked man if you don't train near death every day? Sun "Come on guys we gotta get back to training so we can become stronger for the tournament".Mezu said "fine im getting up" Rob said while standing up "when are we going to eat im soooo hungry" Shizu said "soon now get up so yall can get this over with". The trio ran across the rope 100 more times. It was about the middle of the night now, they fell off about 30 times. Mezu said "Are we done for today? I can barely move" Rob said "yeah are we done Im sooo hungry I gotta eat something". Sun said "I can go all night just tell me what to do next sensei" Shizu said good thing you said that Sun because you three fell off too many times so now you all have to bunny hop 3000 laps up and down this mountain. Mezu and Rob both said "SUN WHY DID YOU HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING" Sun said "yessss more training". Shizu said "go all the way down the mountain then turn around and come all the way back to me and that's one. Rob said " what are you going to do?" Shizu said "ima color in this coloring book now go" The trio went down the mountain. It took Rob 9 hops to make it all the way down the mountain. It took Mezu 11 hops and Sun 5, the trio all finished in about an hour. Mezu and Rob were laying on the floor out of breath. Sun was standing in front of them asking what did they have to do next, Shizu said "okay the three of you will go back to the temple and bathe you guys stink and you're drenched in sweat". Mezu said "finally we can rest". Rob said "I'm so tired I don't even want to eat anymore" then Sun said "what no more?" Mezu and Rob both yelled "SHUT UP!!!".Shizu said " I'm rarely going to cook for you because I'm lazy, I have to go into town tomorrow so yall are gonna come with me to buy yourselves some food".The next day Shizu woke the trio up at 5 in the morning to go into town with him. The trio was still sore from last night's workouts.Shizu said "the city that we are going to is 5 miles away". Mezu said how are we gonna get there? You got a car or something we don't know about?" Shizu said "nope we are going to walk there" Rob and Mezu said "WHAT!?!?! WERE NOT EVEN HEALED FROM LAST NIGHT!!". Sun said "YESSS" Shizu said alright let's go then flash stepped out of the temple the trio followed after him. They finally made it to the city. The trio followed Shizu around everywhere after they got their food. Sun got a bunch of pasta chicken and vegetables and a plethora of sauces. Mezu got lots of eggs and almost every kind of meat you could think of. Rob got lots of sweet tarts, milk, bread, sliced meats, and cheeses. Shizu came out of the comic book store with a box full of comic books and said "are you three ready to go?" Everyone said yes. Shizu said okay y'all three are going to have to walk back so see y'all there bye" and he flashed stepped away, Mezu said "I hate when he does that ''. The trio took off after him. After a while they made it to the temple, they walked in and saw Shizu on the floor reading a comic book .They put their food up, they turned around and saw that Shizu was gone. They went outside and saw him sitting by a large pot of fire. He was roasting a large fish and cutting it up and told the trio to eat up they're gonna need to. The trio then started to dig in. After the trio finished eating, they went to sleep.
