"L/N, it's over." Nagi tapped your shoulder, causing you to snap out.

"I can go back to my room?" You immediately ask with brightened eyes.

"Mhm..." He noded.

"Actually, before that. Let's catch up a bit." You planned. (Rin be like, "Excuse me?".)

You really need to train yourself to be able stay awake longer without getting tired as it's starting to get annoying.

Before Nagi could even say anything, you already started to walk out the room.

"Excuse me, miss." An unfamiliar voice spoke, causing you to turn around.

"Yes...?" You tilted your head slightly.

It was the guy that had you feeling like his whole existence is a red flag.

"Can I have your number-" Otoya got hit on the head when he finished his sentence.

"Sorry for him. L/N, right? Nice to meet ya, I'm Karasu. Forget what this idiot just said, he isn't in his right mind." Karasu smiled while Otoya was busy rubbing his head claiming it hurted.

"It's fine. Nagi, let's go." You look behind the duo, Nagi seems like he's really bored despite live drama being right in front of him.

"'Kay...." Nagi slowly walk towards you with closed eyes.

"Seriously... What were you thinking, moron?" Karasu scolded Otoya when you were out of sight.

"Can't help it. Haven't seen a girl in forever..." Otoya said which Karasu sighed to.

In the monitoring room....

"By the way.... can't you also choose Team A? L/N is there, you guys are pretty close right?" Isagi ask.

"......" Reo only hug his legs together and not saying a word, causing Isagi to sweat drop.

'Did something happened between them too..?' Isagi thought.

"She doesn't need me. I'm useless to her." Reo said.

"Huh?! Why would you say that?!" Isagi's eyes widened.

"It's obvious. You don't know do you? In the second selection, I always got put in defence by her. I was only useful in the first selection when I could buy her what she wanted." Reo hug his legs tighter as he spoke.

"I'm sure she doesn't think it that way.... Have you tried talking to her about it?" Isagi tried to lighten up the mood.

"No." Reo said.

"Then it isn't the truth." Isagi smiled.

His plan on lightening up the mood is a success as Reo doesn't look that depressed anymore.
