chapter 16, happy death day.

Billy sat in the living room, alone. He waited for his friends to arrive since it was Billy's dog birthday today! He was really excited. Billy checked and saw oh no! He didn't have a cake! Billy immediately called his friends saying he would come later because he woukd need to go to the store and if the arrive early to take care of his dog.

"Hey guys imm leave to get a cake, if any of you get here early take care of my dog please and DO NOT feed her any berries." Texted Billy to his group chat. The others said 'ok' and Billy was off to the store! He opened the door and looked behide him. His beautiful, dog was there sitting down with her brown coffee eyes. Billy smiled and came closer to her. "Bye Rocky imm get your cake! See you later!" Said billy kissing her forehead.

Billy closed the door and made sure to lock it. Billy walked to the grab n go to get a dog friendly cake for Rocky. As he was walking, he saw a van speeding down the road. Billy looked concerned as he saw what seems to be 2 people with all black.. odd.

Billy finally made it to his destination and opend the door to hear a ring bell. He said hello to the cashier and began to make his way to the cake section. Billy eyes scanned through the different type of cake flavors he thought, what woukd his dog like? Billy was about to pick up and the cake until his phone made a noise.

Billy opened his phone, a random number texted him? Billy read the message which took him by surprise.

"I can't believe Rocky will turn 4 years old! Well.. I guess that's how old she will stay, forever."

Billy eyes scanned through the text, who was this and what did they mean?

Billy stood there angry, he ran. He ran out from the store, tears started to prick up and fell down from eye to cheek. Billy ran and ran, what happened? Where's Rocky? IS she okay!?

Billy ran to his house, he saw his door and quickly opened the door. The door opened slowly showing a dead body. The body was hanging from a rope, who could it be? Oh it better not be eho he thought it was. Billy couldn't see who it was because a black trash bag was covering it but Billy opened the bag revealing a blood face. It was a...

Billy stood there confused until shouts where heard. Billy turned hus head to see Rocky running to him. Rocky barked with a limping leg, Rocky was coverd in blood! Billy ran to Rocky and quickly made both of them out of the house but then billy was thrown somewhere by a grip of hands?!

Billy was holding Rocky, in pain since someone just threw him in a wall making glass breaking. Billy looked up to see a ghost faced mask staring him down with a phone? Billy groaned in pain hugging Rocky tightly afraid this person would take Rocky away.

Then a random song played. "Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you. Happy birthday happy birthday... happy birthday to.. you!"
The killer laughed a little before taking 2 knives away from his back pocket.

"Happy death day!" The killer said before billy could scream, the killer stabbed both billy and Rocky in the stomach. Billy screamed, Rocky howled but eventually Rocky stopped moving and collapse onto Billy's arms. Billy couldn't hold it, he knew he was next he just wanted to spend time with his dog for her birthday but I guess it wa stge lat time they ever did.

Billy fell onto the ground, hugging Rocky tightly, coughing blood. His eyes began to go heavy and he then closed them. Heart rate began to go down, the grip he had on his dog was getting loosen until Billy turned his head to face his dog.

"I love you, rocky"

The killer left both bodies, alone they smiled and waited for his friends reaction.
