It's been two days since Naruto's mission with Hinata and they haven't even talked since then.
Well Naruto was training alone on their training ground. He was rethinking the whole thing that happened 2 days ago. I would be lying if I say he didn't missed hinata but guess he is too dumb to realise that.
He continuously thought about her. Her laughing, her talking, her blushing he missed everything and the reason he didn't knew why.
He didn't asked Sakura for a date and he didn't even wanted to. That's a relief. But he just wanted to talk with Hinata. For once is okay for him.
'Should I go talk to her in Hyuga compound. Nah, her father wouldn't allow me. Should I call her and talk with her? Nah, she would be thinking I am using her for time pass. What should I do.' He thought in his mind.
''Damn, I really want to talk to her." He mumbled to himself. Then an Idea popped in his mind.
'I can ask her to come and eat. Yes, that's it.' He thought in his mind and jumped around.
"Why are you jumping around like a monkey??" Sasuke asked.
"Hui!!!" He became surprised looking at Sasuke.
"When did you come?"
"Right now. And why were you jumping??"
"Just figured out something."
"What?"
"Like I am gonna tell you." He cut off Sasuke and ran off from the ground.
"Such a weirdo."
Naruto stopped in the middle of his track and thought where he can find Hinata.
He started with the market. He was running around in the market and yes he was right. Hinata was infront of Ino's flower shop and there was someone else too. Naruto realised it was Sakura. He was about to call them, then he heard his name from Sakura's mouth. He stopped and looked at their positions. Sakura was blabbering something and Hinata's hand were in fist, she was looking down and shaking a little bit. Looks like she was angry.
'wow she looks scary when she is angry.' He thought and stepped closer.
Oh.... Kami he soon wished he didn't.

"He is so annoying. Who wants to be friend with him? Lol, have you seen his clothes? What a weirdo. His cloth combination is so weird. He wants to compare with whom, Sasuke. The almighty, Uchiha Sasuke. Guess what he didn't had any parents. What do you expect from a parentless child? Nothing. He lives alone, he does whatever he wants, his life is like a spoiled brat." Sakura finished waving her hair by her hand.
"Sakura-chan, you...." Hinata started and looked up to her. She was about to blast then stopped seeing someone.
"You look like you have seen a ghost. Who is that person..." Sakura turned back and became surprised.
"Naruto y-y-you.... Hahaha. W-when did...." She started.
"Hey, Sakura-chan. I came here to find Hinata. I guess you guys are talking, I will leave then." Naruto cut her off and left with a sad smile.
"Huh...." She releifed and started,
"See, what I was talking about. He is....."
"Sakura-chan, if you don't stop right now, I will have to make you." Hinata said still making a fist.
"Hinata you are talking with me like that because of him." Sakura narrowed her eyes.
"Yes, I am. How would you feel if I talk about Sasuke like that? Huh??" Hinata said raising her voice a little.
"Hinata you are crossing...." Sakura was about to shout.
"Crossing my limit right. For Naruto, I will absolutely do that without hesitation. And before commenting anything about Naruto remember your worth." With that she left leaving a startled Sakura middle in the market.
Hinata started running around the whole village to find Naruto. But guess what she couldn't find him.
The sun is now in the horizon, slowly getting down. Soon it will be evening. Now Hinata was worried.
"Where are you, Naruto-kun?" She mumbled to herself.
"Pls, pls comeback." She was about to cry.
'If I shut Sakura-chan up before he came then this would never happen.' she thought. She blamed herself for this. 
She was now standing infront of the Hokage building. This is the last place of her checking list. She was about to enter but she saw something on the Hokage faces. Something in Orange. She activated her byakugan to see what it was. Kami..... She was thankful to God that she did. It was Naruto, sitting over the 4th Hokage's head. Within a second she ran over to there.
It's been hours since he was thinking about his life. How he was a lonely child in the village, then he joined the academy, how he used to disturb the village for attention, how he always used to fight with Sasuke, how Iruka shouted at him for everything he did.
He chuckled a bit after remembering Iruka's face while shouting.
If he deeply thinks, he was not lonely anymore. He has Iruka, Kakashi sensei, Ero senin,why leave Ba-chan alone, Sasuke, that teme never shows emotions but he cares for him deepdown both of them knew, god he have tons of friends now.
He laughed at how far he had come but if he wanted to be the Hokage then there is more and more to go.
Time ran by and he didn't noticed it was already afternoon.
He was happy but he would be more happier if he had someone to return to. Someone he can call his home.
His face down(ed) a little bit and a sad feeling took over his heart. Tears were about to form in his eyes but then he felt someone's present behind him. He quickly backed off and turned around to see who it was.
"Naruto-kun."
It was Hinata. He released a sigh and went near to her. They were standing 3 feets away from each other.
"Hey, Hinata-chan. What brings you..." Naruto couldn't finish his sentence then Hinata started to speak,
"Naruto-kun, why did you left without telling anyone?" Hinata looked at her feet.
"Huh???" Naruto was confused.
"What are you...."
"You know how worried I was? Do you even have any idea." Hinata continued.
"Who would be worried about me? Common Hinata, Nobody worries about me." He chuckled thinking it as a joke.
"Why are you laughing? Do you think of me as a joke? I ran the whole village searching for you. I was so worried that I was about to inform the Hokage. And here you..." She couldn't finish her sentence. Tears started to flow from her eyes and fall over on her feets. She was shaking.
Naruto realised she was crying. But the thing that surprised him more was that she was crying for him. She was crying for him because he was missing. A little bit of happiness filled his heart and he chuckled a bit. He looked at her and she was still crying and shaking.
Shoot... She was crying. He have to do something. Kami... Why he is so dumb?
He quickly goes to her and cupped her cheeks. Tears were continuously flowing from her beautiful lavender eyes. He wiped some off them by his thumb.
"Hey, hey.... Look at me, I am here, Okay? Don't cry alright. Everything is fine. Kami... Look at your face. Stop crying now. I am not going anywhere." He tried to calm her down.
She buried her face on his shoulder and hugged him tightly.
"Never do that again." She said between sobbing.
Naruto hugged her back.
"Okay. I promise." He smiled.
Soon after she stopped Naruto broke the hug and held her by shoulders.
"Kami, look at your face. So puffy, no so cutely puffy from crying." He showed his famous grin. She looked away.
He stared at her and she was glowing. Her face is holding a new shine after crying. The dim sunlight is slowly hitting her face. Her lavender eyes are shining like a purple Ruby. Her midnight blue hair is a little messy from crying but for him it's perfect.
She looked back at him and said,
"It's because of you." She pouted. He found it cute.
She looked into his eyes. The blue orbs were piercing through her heart. His hair is shining like a gold in the sunset's sun. His whisker marks are perfectly fitting on his cheeks. His smile can melt her anytime. Her gaze moved towards his lips, they would fit perfectly on hers.
Huh!!! She was thinking of kissing him. The thought of kissing him made her blush like a idiot. She tried to move away and then realised how close they were. Her blush deepend.
Naruto realised what she was thinking and immediately jumped 5 feets away from her. A tint of pink is visible above his whiskers.
They both were looking at their feet awkwardly. The same situation from the mission morning.
Naruto then remembered his idea. He was going to invite her for eating. He took a deep breath and started,
"Ne, Hinata??"
"H-h-hai." Barely managed to say.
"Do y-you think you can come and e-eat with m-me?" He asked nervously hoping she would reject after what he had caused.
'Huh.... Eat with Naruto-kun. A date! Naruto-kun is asking me on a date. No wait Hinata, you don't mean anything to him. But eating with Naruto-kun....'
"Are y-you c-coming?" Naruto asked nervously, looking deeply into her eyes.
How can she say no.
"H-hai." She nodded her head in response.
"Youthaaaa...." Naruto jumped in his victory.
Hinata chuckled.
