When I walked back to the spot with Torune, Shino was sitting on the ground, and Willow was in the arena. I was a little frightened when I saw her opponent, Mikoto Uchiha.
Me and Mikoto were once on the same team, and I know how strong she is. "You got this, Willow," I thought to myself.
Mikoto started the round. She used a fire ball, but Willow jumped out of the way, throwing two kuni at Mikoto. Mikoto grabbed her own kuni and deflected Willow's.
Torune got closer to the bars to examine the fight closer. By that time, Mikoto had activated her Shardigan. "You're pretty good for a kid. I'm impressed." I heard Mikoto say. "You're pretty go to for not being on active duty." I heard my daughter compliment back.
Willow ran at Mikoto straight on, then jumped, trying to kick Mikoto in the head. Mikoto doged, and Willow left a noticeable dent in the arena floor. Willow's next move was unexpected. She used water style: water hail. It hit Mikoto and sent her about 5 inches back. Willow didn't put enough power into it. Mikoto then used fire style: Phoenix flower jutsu. Willow barely doged, and part of her shirt got singed. She knelt down and grabbed her arm. She bit her thumb. "Shit," I mumbled.
Willow used a summoning jutsu and summoned a gigantic butterfly. Minmin, her acid spitting butterfly. Willow instructed Minmin to spit acid at Mikoto, to which she did. Mikoto gave up, and Willow flew over to her, picking her up and dropping her in the stands.
"Thank god she won." Father said, Torune and Shino shook their heads in agreement.
