Chapter 9

Liam's Pov.

After eating and hanging out, we all said our good byes and headed home. I dropped Marie a her place before heading to mines. I felt like she was keeping something from me. I hope everything goes well between both of us, I really do love her. Yes, I Liam Payne love Marie Santiago. She's just so perfect, everything about her is perfect. Coming up to my drive way, I got out of my car and went into my flat. Yeah, I moved out of my parents house after high school, thought it would help teach me how to live independent. Mom really didn't like the idea to begin with, but dad helped me change her mind. So I have lived on my own for almost a year and a half now. I was walking in to my kitchen to grab something to eat when I heard a knock on my door. Who would it be at this time?

“ Liam!” Louis screamed in my face while jumping on my back.

“ What up bro” Niall said while walking in with Harry and Zayn right behind him.

“ Um, what are you guys doing here?” asking while dropping louis on the ground. It's not that I don't want them here.

“ Why, you don't wanna hang with your 4 favorite boys” Zayn asked with a fake hurt expression.

“ Yeah, basically” I joked, as they all fake gasped. These boys are crazy. We all just ate and played some COD, that was until Louis brought up something that caught me off guard.

“ Jenny's back” he said, looking me straight in the eyes. He was joking right, she can't be back.

“ Your kidding right, that psycho is back” Harry yelled. Yeah, me Harry, and Jenny really don't have a good past. Let's just say that she played both off us at the same time.

“ Yeah, I saw her at Jack and Jill's a yesterday. I was gonna tell you today, but Marie was there and it didn’t seem right to bring up” he said with a frown.

“ Shit man” Zayn said while clenching his fist. She almost got Zayn involved into this whole mess, but stopped it before it got out of hand. She broke Harry and I's heart badly. We both didn't speak to each other formonths, that was until the boy's made us alk and make up.

“ Liam just be careful. If she finds out about Marie, who knows what she will do” Harry warned while giving me a light shake on the shoulders. Damn, why did she have to come back. Running my hand in my hair in pure frustration. I guess I had to tell Marie about Jenny, and I really didn't want to.

Marie's Pov.

“ Thank you, and have a nice day” I said to my final customer of the day. I just couldn't wait to get home and take a nice long warm shower. After grabbing my things, ready to lock up the store, an girl walked into the cafe. Did she not read the closed sign on the door.

“ Um yeah, sorry we're closed” I said polity while clearly pointing at the closed sign behind her.

“ Oh, I didn't notice” now you might have thought she would leave after that, well your wrong. She walked to the closest table to me and sat down, acing like nothing had just happened.

“ Hello, what did I just say” I said, getting a little irratated with her attitude. Flicking her hair behind her, she took out her phone and began to diall a number. 'Are you kidding me'

“ Hey babe” she smirk at me. Why the hell is she sending me daggers, I dont even know her.

“ You don have to be like that, I just really miss you” this girl was the definition of fake, she looked and talked the part. What was she even trying to do, make me jealous or something.

“ Well, I'm at starbucks right now, with a very pretty girl here whom you may know” rolling her eyes when she said 'pretty'. I swear I will slap her right now.

“ Okay you have to leave now” I said sternly.

“ Would you like to talk to her, No, alright” she said while handing me the phone. I took it thinking that maybe this person could talk some sence into this chick.

“ Hey, can you tell this chick to leave right now. We're closed and shes still her, if you could like pick her up or something that would be great” I asked

“ Marie?” wait, that voice.

“ Liam!” What the hell, why was this girl talking to Liam? Looking up I noticed that she was gone 'what the hell'.

“ Marie I want you to litsen to me and get away from Jenny right now, shes crazy” and like that, everything went black with me dropping to the ground and the line going dead.
