It's Him or Me? (Liam Payne Fan Fic)

Chapter 12

The tension between Liam and Jordan is over whelming. The little chat they had last night ended up being the biggest fight ever. I really want to know what happened, but right now wasnt the right time to ask the two. After getting out of bed and getting ready, I walked downstaires to complete silence.

“ Is anyone home?!” I yelled from the staircase, gaining a couple of chuckles from the kitchen. I guess someone was home. Walking into the kitchen, I saw Liam and Jordan sitting on either sides of the kitchen with Harry right in the middle. Wait, Harry stayed the night?

“ Morning Maire” Liam and Jordan said at the same time. They both glared at each other then got up ready to leave, what babies.

“ Okay, both of you sit back down” I demanded. Liam sat back down, but Jordan being the stubburn guy he is stayed still. I gave him the ' You better listen or I will kick you in the balls' look, and he listened right away.

“ Now what the hell is going on with both of you? I don't like this a single bit” I said while pointing out the distance between them.

“ Um...Marie” Harry said quietly but I cut him off.

“ What were you guys talking about last night that would bring you guys to this” all the boys tensed up, I guess I brought up a touchy subject.

“ Okay Marie, lets go for a walk shall we” I guess I had no choice, cause Harry dragged me out the door not giving me a chance to decline his offer. Shoving me into the car, we began to drive off to who knows were.

“ So this is what you call a walk”

“ Well, we will be walking” he said with a smirk. He's such a lazy bum.

“ What ever you say, so were are you taking me”

“ Dairy Queen, then the park”

“ Why Dairy queen?”

“ Cause I'm craving ice-cream okay!” he yelled, causing me to burst out laughing.

“ Your such a girl” I said inbetween giggles. He brought his hand to his chest making a fake hurt expression.

“ Well...your such a girl” Okay, that was a terrible come back.

“ No shit Sherlock”

“ Okay are you done bullying me now” he asked while raising an eyebrow.

“ Alright, I'm done” sending him a toothy grin. After getting our ice-creams, we drove to the park. We walked down a path in complete silence for a good 15 mintues, and like I said before, I don't do well in silence.

“ Um, so why did you bring me here?” I asked while playing with the melted ice-cream in my cup.

“ Well, I needed to get you out of there before you started World War 3”

“ And how is that” I asked while stopping in my spot, feeling a bit offended.

“ I'm not trying to offend you Maire, but the problem between those two right now is pretty big, and you trying to get involved might make it worse” he said as senser as possible.

“ Does it involve me?” I asked

“ Um...” he said while scratching the back of his neck.

“ I'll take that as a yes” looking down in dissapointment. I was the reason why they were fighting.

“Just please listen to me and don't get involved, Okay” he asked, while holding me shoulders to show support.

“ Promis me that”

“ I promise” I said.

“ Good” I spent the rest of the day with Harry. Just walking around and talking, that was until we got home. Opening the door to Liam's place, I dragged Harry in to my room as fast as possible, hoping I wouldn't spot either of the boys. Closing the door behind me, we jumped onto the bed and flipped the TV on. My plan was to avoid Liam and Jordan as long as possible till the problem is gone.

“ Thta won't work” Harry said out of the bloom.

“ What won't?”

“ You avoiding the boys till the problem is gone” me cheeks heated up in embaressment. I said that out loud, as my action caused Harry to chuckle.

“ Just act normal around them”

“ I guess” he's right. Why should I act weird around the boys when I did nothing wrong. Family guy was about to go on, that was when we were interrupted with the door bursting open with a rather confused looking Liam standing there.

“ Um, what's up” Harry said with a smile.

“ Nothing, what are you guys doing” he asked while walking up to my side, sitting beside me.

“ Gonna watch Family Guy, wanna join” he was gonna answer, until Jordan walked in to the room, jumping on to the bed while laying his head on to my lap. This causing Liam to tense up beside me, making Harry and I feel uneasy.

“ What you up to” Jordan asked me.

“ We are going to watch Family Guy” Liam answered for me, while sending him daggers. Okay, I feel like I'm in the middle of a cat fight.

“ Okay, can I watch with you” Ignoring Liam and asking me.

“ Yeah of coarse” I said with a smile. With his head still on my lap, he turned to face the TV. While Liam wrapped his arm around me protectively and not letting go. I turned me face towards Harry, signaling him to help, but he didn't know what to do. I guess I have to keep it cool for now. Remember what Harry said, don't get involved. And that was what I was gonna do.
