At the public school where Joy worked as an English teacher, she found herself collaborating with Joon Woo, who taught Korean language classes. They were assigned the task of assisting the senior high school students in preparing their scripts for an upcoming event, where they would perform a K-Drama about a Filipina falling in love with a Korean man.

As they worked together, the students couldn't help but tease Joy and Joon Woo, playfully speculating about their own potential love story.

Student 1: (whispering to a friend) Look at them, working together so closely. Do you think there's something more going on?

Student 2: (grinning mischievously) Who knows? Maybe our English teacher has a secret crush on the Korean teacher.

Student 3: (joining in) Oh, imagine if they end up like the characters in the drama they're helping us with! It would be so romantic!

Joy and Joon Woo remained professional and focused on their task, but the playful teasing from the students didn't go unnoticed. They shared knowing glances, understanding that their friendship and professional relationship might give rise to harmless speculation.

Meanwhile, Carlo continued his dedication to his fitness journey, attending the gym regularly. Despite Diana's persistent flirtations and attempts to catch his attention, Carlo remained steadfast in his love for Joy.

Diana: (playfully) Carlo, you know I can't resist a handsome guy like you. Why don't you let me show you some special workout techniques?

Carlo: (grinning) Thanks for the offer, Diana, but my heart and muscles belong to someone else. I appreciate your coaching, though.

Diana: (pouting) Well, that lucky someone must be really special. I hope she knows how lucky she is.

Carlo: (smiling) Believe me, she does. Joy means the world to me.

Despite the temptations and distractions that surrounded him, Carlo's devotion to Joy remained unwavering. He continued to prioritize their relationship and worked on strengthening their bond, even in the face of external attention.

As Carlo returned home after his workout, he noticed that Joy hadn't responded to his calls. Concerned, he left her a heartfelt message, expressing his love and hoping to hear from her soon.

Carlo: (voicemail) Hey, my love. I've been trying to reach you, but I haven't heard back. Just wanted to say how much I love and miss you. Hope everything is okay. Call me back when you can. Love you.
