Chapter 2 - Romance

Colby let's himself into your dressing room, taking a look around before he seats himself on the couch.
Your eyes follow him.
'uhm..'
He doesn't answer. He reaches into his coat pocket and pulls out a cigarette, he offers one to you.
'no thanks.' you say nervously, finding your seat in your dressing room chair.
'suit yourself' he says before sticking the cigarette between his lips ever so carefully, lighting it.
It's quiet for a moment, awkward. Surely he's here for something, he must have felt what you did on that stage.
The way he's positioned on the couch makes you question his intentions. You shift to mirror him.
'so...'
His eyes dart up to yours, he raises an eyebrow.
'hm?'
'What are you doing here?'
He smirks.
'Shidgevelyn....'
Your name flows out of his mouth like woven silk. Before you have time to question, he puts out his cigarette and stands up. Keeping eye contact he makes his way over to you. Taking his hand, placing it on your delicate cheek, he speaks.
'you know why i'm here'
You're stuck in a trance, guided by his every move.
'the world may be ugly, but you're so beautiful to me'
He leans down.
Planting a kiss on your lips.
Leaving as soon as he came.
'woah...' you said to yourself
'that...was..intense'
