A woman walks outside the house from the kitchen door, shouting "Rudy!"
"Hang on this..." Stefan muttered, his forehead gaining more wrinkles by the seconds, "This was July"
Tyler was vibrating in his seat, "So cool"
She let out a sharp whistle, piercing the air "Rudy!!!" She sighed, talking more to herself than anything else, "It's too hot to make me come looking for you."
Bending down to pick up a chewed dog toy. When she stands up and turns around Klaus suddenly appears in front of her. "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to scare you"
Elijah covered his mouth in disgust, "Niklaus"
"Are my ears bleeding?"
Klaus pushed Kol to the floor
Her heart hammered in her chest, "Can I help you?"
"Yeah, my car– my car ran out of gas a couple of miles back. I feel like I've been walking forever. Yours is the first house I come to so I was just hoping I could use your phone?"
Crossing her arms over her chest, feeling very suspicious of the man info front of her.
"She should"
Rebekah nodded in agreement. Only to pale rapidly; she just agreed with Elena Gilbert
Elijah saw Rebekah grip the arm rest, almost splintering it. "You alright, sister"
"No."
"Don't you have a cell phone?"
"Huh, yeah..." Pulls phone from his pocket. "Battery died. Look, I promise I'm not a serial killer I just wanna use your phone."
"Sure"
"So... I can come in?"
"No." Raising an eyebrow, "I'll get the phone and I'll bring it out to you"
Finally dropping the horrid accent, "I thought you country folks were supposed to be more trusting"
Kol smirked victoriously, "Even the... The..."
"Screen" Peri prompted
"Even The Screen agrees"
This time Kol was kicked to the floor
"I'm from Florida."
"Well, that explains it." Klaus grabs her throat and compels her, "Now show me a little southern hospitality. Sweet pea."
In the kitchen another woman is frying food and walks over to the counter with the frying pan. Hearing the door open, she mused "I bet you a hundred dollars that dog ran off to a house with air conditioning"
Turning around she sees the first woman and Klaus entering the kitchen; Klaus is holding the nape of her neck with one hand.
Dropping the hot pan on the floor, her voice higher than before "What's going on?"
"Please don't be alarmed," Klaus mused pleasantly, "I was told Ray Sutton lives here"
"That wasn't very pleasant," Bonnie mumbled
